About Kadam

Kadam is an advertising network that connects advertisers and publishers. The site carries the copyright line 2012-2025 and names the operating company as Kadam Advertising Ltd in Limassol, Cyprus. Advertisers buy popunder, push notification, in-page push, native, banner, video and direct link placements with targeting by country and region.

Campaigns run on CPC, CPM or CPA Target, an automated bidding mode that adjusts bids towards the cost per action the advertiser sets; traffic is distributed by auction, where the effective CPM decides how much a campaign gets. The panel has automation rules, alerts and retargeting, statistics by format, geo, platform and CPC update every minute, and an in-house filtering system screens the clicks. Every account gets a personal manager, and a managed service is available.

Publishers have their own section with a referral programme, weekly payouts and a quoted 99% fill rate. The network answers on Telegram and also keeps Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn accounts.

Kadam Ad Network Review (2026): Minimum Deposit, Ad Formats and CPA Target

Kadam, a Cyprus ad network running since 2012, takes a $100 first deposit by card, USDT, Paxum or PayPal and sells push, in-page push, popunder, native, banner and video on CPC, CPM or CPA Target. Unused balance comes back only with proof of poor quality.

This Kadam review is for buyers deciding whether the Kadam ad network deserves a first deposit. It suits a media buyer who runs push or pops on adult, dating, sweepstakes, gambling or nutra offers, has postback ready and can treat $100 as spend. Skip it if you want unused balance back after a failed test, or if you compare pop prices on CPM: Kadam doesn't sell popunders on CPM.

A note on method: I haven't run a campaign on Kadam yet. This review is built on Kadam's help center, its user agreement dated April 15, 2026, its public pages and Trustpilot. My own test, with spend, prices and results, will be added here once it's done.

Kadam at a glance: who runs it and what it sells

The Kadam advertising network has been running since 2012, per its LinkedIn page and the "© 2012-2026" footer on kadam.net. The user agreement names Kadam Advertising Ltd, registration number HE 441056, in Limassol, Cyprus, as the operator that takes payments; the intellectual property sits with Kadam CY Ltd. The footer says Kadam is part of Smart Dynamics and shows a "Protected by Kaminari Ad" badge.

The scale figures are Kadam's own and undated: 14+ billion impressions a day, 80,000+ advertisers and more than 300 million push subscribers. No GEO count is published.

Kadam minimum deposit, payment methods and refunds

The Kadam minimum deposit is $100, and the help center says that's the minimum for the first deposit. The minimum for later top-ups isn't published, so ask your manager. The $50 in the balance docs is something else: the lowest "Limit of funds per day".

Kadam help center article Account balance replenishment, section The replenishment process: click the Top up button and fill in Replenishment method, Amount with the bold line The minimum amount of the first deposit is $100, and Promo code; below, Payment via PayPal is processed manually, with a ticket created in the Support section.

Kadam payment methods for advertisers are bank cards in EUR or USD, USDT, Paxum and PayPal, plus wire for legal entities. PayPal is handled by hand, through a support ticket.

Mind the balance floors on day 1. A popunder campaign gets no impressions at $10 or less. For push, the formats page and push guide want more than $17, while the older FAQ says a push campaign can't start at $20 or less. I'd keep well above $20.

Refunds are the part of the terms I'd read twice. Clause 13.2 allows refunds of the advance payment only with documented justification of service quality issues; payment fees aren't reimbursed, and spend on invalid conversions from misconfigured tracking isn't refundable. Quality claims must reach support within 14 days of payment (13.4.2).
There's no clause for taking back unused balance after a test that didn't work, the way PropellerAds allows within 6 months. Plan your deposit as money you'll spend.

The help center does promise a generous fraud refund process. If a check by macros finds bots, you get a full refund; if a check by placements finds sites generating bots, 2 times the original amount; if you dispute with a click log (site ID, click time, campaign and creative IDs, IP, user agent) and anti-fraud confirms it, 5 times. "Original amount" isn't defined, so get the figure in writing.

Smaller print: an account idle for more than 180 days can lose its balance until support restores it (4.6.4), and if Kadam requests client due diligence and you don't complete it within 7 days, clause 4.8 lets it write off the balance.

Kadam ad formats and verticals

Kadam's homepage lists 7 formats: popunder, push, banner, native, video, direct link and in-page push. Its advertiser page names iGaming, e-commerce, dating, adult, games, software and sweepstakes as verticals.

Kadam push notifications and in-page push

Classic push notifications reach users who subscribed on a site. Kadam's push page names e-commerce, games and mobile apps, finance, nutra, news and content, dating, and sweepstakes and lottery as top verticals for push traffic. Specs: an icon of at least 192x192, a main image of at least 360x240, a 30-character title and 40 characters of text.

In-page push needs no subscription: it's a notification-style unit on the page, shown, Kadam says, on all devices and browsers, iOS included. Our in-page push guide explains the difference. Both types run on CPC, CPM or CPA Target, and subscription age targeting works for classic push only.

Kadam popunder (clickunder)

Kadam uses clickunder and popunder for the same format: a click anywhere on the page opens your site in a new tab or window. The popunder page names games and mobile apps, news and content, sweepstakes and lottery, news and updates subscriptions, and extensions and software as top verticals.

If you buy popunder traffic elsewhere, note this: the CPM model isn't available for Kadam popunders. You pay per click or run CPA Target, so compare cost per conversion, not price.

Native, banner and video

Native means teasers: an image of at least 500x500, a 30-character title and 70 characters of text. Banners come in 19 sizes, as JPG, PNG, GIF or HTML5. Video plays your mp4 (up to 100 MB) in the publisher's player as interstitial, in-stream or out-stream. Native and banner run on CPC or CPM, without CPA Target.

Kadam adult traffic and moderation

Adult is allowed, with a fence. Creatives with nudity, provocative poses or revealing underwear get the "adult products" category and show only on adult-content sites. Since October 8, 2026, adult targeting splits into 40+ subcategories, such as Webcams, Hentai, MILF and AI, with a Page Category breakdown in stats.

Gambling needs a valid license from any competent authority under clause 5.1.2; Kadam doesn't verify it and leaves legality in each target country to you. Crypto, payday loans, adult dating and weight loss products sit on the restricted list of clause 5.3: permitted where legal, removable at Kadam's discretion.

Kadam ads go through moderation that typically takes no more than 30 minutes, around the clock. Moderators check the creative, pre-lander and landing page, and a domain with 5+ VirusTotal detections is blocked automatically.

Bidding models: CPC, CPM and Kadam CPA Target

Kadam has 3 bidding models: CPC, CPM and CPA Target. You pick the model with the format, and neither can be changed after saving. Bids are set per country, and the FAQ spells out the auction: effective CPM is bid × CTR × 1,000, so a better creative buys more traffic at the same bid.

Minimum bids aren't published. The Forecaster in the campaign form shows potential volume by bid, and the maximum bid is 3 times the highest price on its chart.

Kadam CPA Target is automated bidding, not pay-per-conversion. You set the average CPA you want, and the algorithm bids to get as many conversions as possible at that cost; Kadam's help FAQ says it "works on the principle of the CPC model". It's open to push, in-page push and popunder only, and it needs a postback.

Kadam help center article CPA Target campaign creating: Conversion notification says that for the CPA Target model information about a completed conversion is sent only through a Postback URL call; Allowed formats for this payment model lists Push, In-Page Push, and Popunder (Clickunder); IMPORTANT asks to run a test conversion after adding ad materials.

Setup is standard: add the {click_id} macro to your offer link, such as ?subid={click_id}, and have your tracker call Kadam's postback URL on conversion. Kadam publishes it in this form; the second line adds the optional status and cost parameters, with Kadam's own example values:

http://kdtrk.net/ru/postback/?data={subid}

http://kdtrk.net/ru/postback/?data={subid}&status=approved&cost=200

{subid} stands for the parameter your tracker or affiliate network keeps the click ID in, so it can be {sub1} or another name. status takes hold, approved or reject; without it, a conversion counts as confirmed and is charged. cost sets the lead cost when it varies; without it, the cost comes from the offer or campaign settings. The CPA Target form maps your own Approved, Hold and Rejected values. Kadam has guides for Binom, Keitaro, Voluum, RedTrack, BeMob, AppsFlyer and Adjust.

With no history, the algorithm starts from the number you type. I'd take that number from a CPC test, not from the offer's payout, and run Kadam's test conversion before any spend.

Targeting and campaign setup: lists, proxy filter, limits, auto rules

Targeting covers GEO down to cities, OS version, device, browser, browser language, connection type, mobile carriers, Mainstream or Adult categories and retargeting audiences.

Blacklists and whitelists work by site ID, source ID and IP range, up to 10,000 ranges. Domains aren't disclosed, per the FAQ, so you build lists from IDs in your stats; changes take 10–15 minutes.

Kadam help center article Creating a CPC campaign, targeting section: Site blacklist and whitelist by site IDs; IP range blacklist and whitelist with a maximum of 10,000 IP ranges and a minimum range size of 8 IPs; Proxy traffic with 3 modes, No VPN (default), All traffic and VPN only, and a warning not to enable VPN only for more or cleaner traffic.

The proxy filter defaults to No VPN, users without a proxy only. All traffic adds VPN and data center IPs; VPN only is for offers aimed at VPN users, and Kadam warns against it as a way to get more traffic.

Limits include total and daily budget, frequency caps, max daily visits, a daily conversion cap and a loss limit that pauses the campaign when spend minus conversion revenue hits your number. The schedule runs in UTC+3 or the user's local time. The docs warn that broad targeting can exceed limits several times, and clause 13.3 makes overspend billable.

Auto rules are the tool I'd ask for first. Kadam's course of October 27, 2026 covers rules for placements, campaigns, creatives and bids by segment, checking performance every 5 minutes. You enable them through your account manager.

Housekeeping: 30 campaigns per account, 20 creatives per campaign, and multi-accounting is banned under clause 4.6.3.

The publisher side: Kadam publisher payouts

The Kadam network also buys traffic from sites, and that side explains most of its reviews. A publisher needs 500+ unique visitors a day for 14 consecutive days; adult sites are accepted. The publisher page quotes popunder CPMs of roughly $0.20–$4 in Tier-3 and $0.60–$6.40 in Tier-1.

Kadam publisher payouts go out weekly on Thursdays for requests made by Wednesday 15:00 UTC. USDT TRC20 and WMZ start at $15 with no fee, Paxum at $50 with a $1 fee, PayPal at $100 with a 4% fee, and wire at $500. The publisher page also lists Capitalist from $50; the help center's table doesn't.

Kadam publisher page, Payment Methods block: Get paid every Thursday, badges From $15 min withdrawal, Payouts every Thursday and Balance protected on ban, a table of payout methods with USDT TRC20 15 to 25,000 USD at 0%, Capitalist USD 50 to 10,000 USD at 0%, Paxum 50 to 2,000 USD at $1 / EUR 1, PayPal from 100 USD / EUR at 4%, Card payment up to 500 USD, Wire from 500 USD at 0%, WMZ 15 to 2,000 USD at 0%, and the line Funds credited within 2 business days.
The "Balance protected on ban" badge comes with 2 clauses attached. Clause 13.10.8 lets Kadam hold a first payout for up to 10 business days, and clause 11.6 says users found committing fraud forfeit publisher fees, deductible at the moment of blocking.

Kadam pros and cons: docs, terms and Trustpilot

On Trustpilot, Kadam scores 2.4 out of 5 from 33 reviews (checked October 29, 2026): 52% 5-star, 45% 1-star, almost nothing between. The negative reviews that give details are about withdrawals that were blocked or rejected, mostly from publishers.

Trustpilot rating card for Kadam: TrustScore 2.4, Poor, 33 reviews, with the 5-star and 1-star bars far longer than the rest; below, No recent history of asking for reviews, and Replied to 83% of negative reviews, Typically takes over 1 month to reply.

A review of September 14, 2026 says the account was blocked a week after a withdrawal request. Kadam replied on October 19, 2026 that it was suspended for a serious violation, citing its ban on ads leading to phishing or misleading resources and on changing landing content after moderation, redirects and cloaking included; a third party's link doesn't change the account holder's responsibility. A May 11, 2026 review says the account was locked on payment day; Kadam answered that every ban is checked manually. A June 12, 2026 review praises on-time payments.

These aren't reviews of the traffic. They show a network that enforces its rules hard and replies slowly: good for anti-fraud on supply, just as final if your own account is blocked.

Our verdict on Kadam

Kadam is worth a test in 2026 if you run push or pops on adult, dating, sweepstakes, gambling or nutra offers and your postback works before you deposit. Put in $100 you're ready to spend, start on CPC with a loss limit, move to CPA Target once you know your real cost per conversion, and ask for auto rules on day 1. My own test results will follow on this page.

I haven't spent a dollar on Kadam yet, so this conclusion is about the paperwork, and the paperwork is mixed. The entry is easy: a $100 first deposit, common payment methods, fast moderation, CPA Target on push and pops, adult allowed. The exit is hard: no refund of unused balance without documented quality problems, and terms that let Kadam block first and hear claims later.

My verdict: Kadam is worth a test in 2026 if you run push or pops on adult, dating, sweepstakes, gambling or nutra offers and your postback works before you deposit. Put in $100 you're ready to spend, start on CPC with a loss limit, move to CPA Target once you know your real cost per conversion, and ask for auto rules on day 1. My own test results will follow on this page.

Hello Hello, may I ask why your platform staff aren't allowing me to withdraw? It's been a week since I requested a withdrawal, and today, for some reason, my account was blocked and I was told I can't withdraw. How am I supposed to know I used some kind of loophole? The customer gave me the link. Besides, blocking my account and not letting me withdraw my money— even if your platform has some rules, first, I don't know what link the customer gave me, second, my withdrawal request has already been submitted, and third, my withdrawal was earlier. If this kind of operation is considered correct, I will just file a complaint against you directly.
