Push subscription
The permission a user gives a site to send notifications. As a traffic source, a base of subscribers to monetize; as an offer, a payout for every subscriber you collect, or a share of the ad clicks they generate later.
Also called: push subscribers, push collection offers.
Push networks and some CPA networks pay affiliates to build the subscriber base: a landing page asks for permission, the user allows it, the affiliate is paid per subscription or a percentage of what that subscriber later clicks (the rare pay-per-click model).
Subscriber bases are worth more when they are fresh and from Tier-1 GEOs; a subscriber collected with a misleading prompt clicks once and never again.
