Scretive PlotterApparently, "confidential" is enough of an explanation at ExoClick My publisher account was permanently terminated for allegedly violating Clause 5.4. I asked what exactly I did wrong, and ExoClick Compliance Team basically said: "Sorry, that's confidential." Apparently, you're allowed to be accused of violating a specific clause, but not allowed to know what you actually did to violate it. Even more amusing, their own Clause 5.3 says Sellers may raise an objection and provide a statement and evidence regarding the alleged breach. Hard to provide evidence against an accusation when the accusation itself is apparently classified. I guess the secret ingredient to ExoClick's compliance process is simply: "trust us, bro." Truly impressive transparency. If you're considering buying or selling a website through this platform, my advice is: think twice and do your own research first. This is simply how their compliance process worked in my case. Source? Trust me, bro😭

stop giving your money to this scam platform If you're thinking about using this ad network, know that it will just be a waste of your time. My site had been running for almost a month when, shockingly, my account was shut down one day before payment was due, citing Clause 5.4 (non-human traffic). Ironic, isn't it? If you're just starting out in this market, look for another ad network and stay away from ExoClick! Before signing up with them, I saw several complaints about this exact issue, but I decided to risk my time and money anyway, and unsurprisingly, the same thing happened to me. So don't make the same mistake I did — just stop giving your money to this scam platform.

Using it since more than year now Using it since more than year now , I want to tell users don't ever try to contact exoclick for any problem, if you contact them for support you cpm will go to zero , exoclick support team become angry if you contact them and your cpm goes 0.00$ , so never contact them if you want to earn . I have screen shots and emails from last few years that contacting them will give you 0.00$ cpm in return , I don't know why they do this , may be frustration that they got support chat or emails . So advice to all never contact them for support otherwise they will pull all frustration on your account .

Guys DONT TRUST ITS SCAMERS Guys, I would never recommend this site ExoClick . As soon as my payout was processed, they blocked my account without any warning or explanation. On Time Payment Do not trust the bad things you see online about ExoClick. I was worried about that too. They have good support. Absolutely awful experience Absolutely awful experience as an advertiser. I registered, spent hours to set up my ads, transfered 200 usdt, and they blocked me for no reason, no guidelines were offended. The refund went back to Binance public wallet and now I've spent about two weeks trying to make Binance give me my money back with zero help from exoclick. Awful company, please stay away at all costs. Probably the worst advertising experience in my life.

I was registered with this company as a Publisher for about 2 weeks, after I added the sites and they were accepted, I started receiving traffic, I had about 17 euros there, but in the morning I opened my email and with amazement I see this message: "Hello Radu, I am contacting you on behalf of the ExoClick Compliance department regarding an internal analysis of your publisher account activity. Please note that following a comprehensive technical audit of the quality of your traffic and the performance of your inventory, we have made the decision to permanently close your account/accounts, effective immediately. Your web inventory does not meet our mandatory network requirements and is in direct violation of our Publishing Rules and Clause 5.4 of our Terms and Conditions. ⚖️ Contractual Notice (Clause 5.4): According to our corporate policy and the network terms, all remaining and outstanding balances in your profile are forfeited and non-refundable. These funds are retained to systematically compensate advertisers for non-compliant traffic generated by your website(s). Account Status: Your current account is permanently closed. Poor Transparency and No Opportunity to Appeal I had a very disappointing experience with ExoClick as a publisher. After working with their platform, my account was suddenly terminated following what they described as an "internal review." The email stated that my traffic did not meet their quality requirements, but no specific evidence, reports, or examples of the alleged violations were provided. What was even more frustrating was that my pending earnings were forfeited under Clause 5.4 of their Terms and Conditions, leaving me with no opportunity to appeal or resolve the issue. I believe publishers deserve transparency, especially when such serious actions are taken. I understand that every advertising network has the right to enforce its policies, but permanently closing an account, withholding earnings, and refusing to explain the specific reasons does not inspire confidence. If you're considering ExoClick, be aware that your account can be closed without detailed feedback, and according to their policies, pending earnings may be withheld if they determine your traffic is non-compliant. This was my personal experience, and I hope the company improves its communication and transparency with publishers in the future.

Very disappointing experience ExoClick permanently banned my publisher account and withheld all earnings without giving any real explanation or evidence. Support only sent a generic message about "fraudulent impressions" and "traffic quality", but refused to explain what exactly caused the issue. No warning, no chance to fix anything. Feels like they can ban publishers and keep the money whenever their system detects something suspicious, even without clear proof. I would not recommend working with this network as a publisher.

I created a website recently and its target audience its most certainly not the NSFW-Loving kind. It just started so it has very low traffic, like 80 impressions per day or so. This is my first time ever working with ads, tried Adsterra but its lack of proper personalization ruined it for me, then tried exoclick and while it allows for you to do a lot, no matter how much changes I do it only shows up NSFW ads. After disabling every single one that could be similar to that kind of ads, it shows nothing. So are this the only type of ads that ExoClick can generate? Is it a matter or my website being very new? I'd love to hear it if someone else has had similar experiences. Thank you.

Exoclick account closure and payout refusal Exoclick closed our account without warning and refused to payout earnings. They cited section 5.4 of their terms were violated but did not provide any specific violations. My website did not engage in any fraudulent impression activity, we communicated directly with support when implementing our ad zone and implemented them according to their guidelines.

Great platform and customer service I advertise as an affiliate marketer on here and I can say their customer service is top notch! They respond quickly and are very helpful, so if you are beginner, you can count on their expertise, even though it's self-service. They even have courses available for free where the platform and functions are explained and a blog with loads of helpful information. They banned my account without providing any real explanation, despite the fact that I run a legitimate business and was fully prepared to pay to advertise. Their response was a vague message saying I didn't pass their "security filters" — with no appeal, no detail, and no logic behind the decision. Step 1: I created a second account — not to advertise, but to research Out of frustration, I created a second ExoClick account. I had no intention of verifying it. I simply wanted to access the list of publishers so I could try reaching out to individual sites directly and negotiate banner placement outside of ExoClick's platform. Step 2: I filtered by niche and began inspecting the publisher sites I narrowed my search within their campaign tool to a very specific niche. The first two or three sites that showed up were real and relevant. However, once I started going deeper down the list, I noticed a disturbing pattern. Step 3: I discovered the vast majority of their publishers were not legitimate Most of the URLs in their publisher inventory didn't work at all. Some showed standard "site not found" errors, others were obviously parked domains, expired listings, or completely dead links. These weren't just a few exceptions — it was the majority. Step 4: I questioned whether ExoClick is even operating legitimately If a major ad network is offering dead or non-functional placements to advertisers, how can that be considered legitimate? Between their refusal to allow legitimate advertisers like me to run campaigns and their apparent neglect of their publisher database, I have serious concerns about whether ExoClick is even a real, functioning ad platform anymore. Step 5: I now advise both advertisers and publishers to steer clear After reading more reviews, I saw I wasn't alone — both advertisers and publishers have reported being banned or mistreated without clear cause. Whether you're buying ads or hosting them, I would strongly recommend avoiding ExoClick. They appear to be operating with broken systems, poor vetting, and zero transparency. Step 6: If you were banned, here's what you can do If you've been blocked by ExoClick, consider doing what I did: Make a new unverified account Use the campaign builder to browse through publisher listings Identify real sites that are still active Reach out to them directly to negotiate advertising deals In my case, this route actually turned out to be more productive — and now I don't have to give ExoClick a cut of anything.

Payment is RIP-OFF... Daylight Robbery This networks doesn't pay by PAYPAL anymore. ANd their options are only Paxum & Bank Wire. Bank Wire will cost you $50-60 extra. Paxum will robe you with fees and their loan shark exchange rate. The last time, they withheld 7 months no payment, and despite telling repeatedly, they me partially and made me suffer $50+ wire fees. That's Exoclick. Disgusting attitude towards customers! I turned to Exoclick support with a request to teach me how to use their service and help in optimizing advertising campaigns. I did everything according to the instructions. Spent a lot of time to figure it out. Everything was great until I created ads campaigns and transferred the money to the balance. I received a notification that after some incomprehensible checks there my account will be deleted without explanation. What kind of checks they can talk about? What security are they talking about? They support and promote illegal businesses and the underground economy. Exoclick advertise and distribute live pornography sites in countries where it`s criminal and prosecuted. Pretended to be white and fluffy office plankton, but in fact, up to their ears in dirty business. Exoclick - One day you will all be pinned down!
