DoulaWARNING!!! WARNING: SCAM ALERT! RichAds Is a Complete Fraud & Traffic Drain! Do NOT waste a single cent of your hard-earned money on RichAds! I deposited my budget expecting legitimate ad traffic, but what I got was 100% fake, botted traffic. Every single click and impression came from dead bot networks designed purely to drain your daily budget in minutes. Zero real engagement, zero conversions—just fabricated numbers on a screen. To make matters worse, when I realized their traffic was useless and asked to withdraw my remaining unspent balance, they completely refused! They are literally holding my funds hostage. That is not just terrible service; it is flat-out theft.

Milosh S.Helps with work and optimizes time. It's a pretty user-friendly platform - I figured it out in just one evening. It has everything I need to get the job done, with no unnecessary features. The interface is easy to use - all the settings accessible quickly and easily. I wouldn't say my campaigns are super successful, but I'm definitely staying within budget. They're doing well, even if they're not making huge profits yet. The only thing I'd really like is more flexibility with the automated optimization rules. It's a great platform with high-quality traffic that fits my needs perfectly. Their pop ads are really something special - every campaign gets consistent results. This makes it simple to plan my budget and lets me scale safely and predictably. Plus, the interface is super user-friendly, saving you tons of time when setting up or duplicating campaigns.

Account compromised, unauthorized campaign spent USD400 without any security verification We have been using RichAds for our advertising campaigns, and this was the first time we experienced an account compromise. An unauthorized party successfully logged into our account from a different location and created a campaign without our knowledge, resulting in approximately USD400 of unauthorized advertising spend. What concerns us most is not only the unauthorized access, but also the lack of additional security measures. According to their own Product Team, there are currently no additional verification steps triggered by this type of suspicious activity. A login from a different country, on a new Windows device with a different browser locale, was able to create campaigns and spend advertising budget without any additional verification or security alert. We have spent thousands of dollars across multiple advertising platforms over the years and have never encountered a similar incident. Because of this experience, our management will carefully reconsider whether to continue allocating advertising budget to RichAds.

This is the worst ad network I have ever worked with. You don't get any proper support from the account managers, and they rarely respond in a helpful way. My account manager, Ann, doesn't even seem to know what types of ads their platform approves. After I recharged my account with $150, the support became almost non-existent. They don't reply on time and don't provide any real assistance. Every time I ask for help, I get the same response: "I've already contacted our technical team." If you need support, be prepared to wait for hours for a reply. I highly recommend avoiding this platform. It is by far the worst ad network I have used. I tried all ad formats, including Push, Display, and Native ads, but I didn't get any results from any of them. I ended up losing all of my money. They seem to deliver a lot of fake traffic. If you use your own analytics tools, you may see only 10–20 actual clicks, while their platform reports more than 1,000 clicks. They also deduct charges very quickly, making it feel like you're paying for traffic that doesn't actually exist.

Bot Traffic, Zero Conversions, No Refund – A Complete Scam I deposited $150 with RichAds to run advertising campaigns for my business, expecting genuine, high-quality traffic. What I received was clearly fraudulent: bot clicks and fake traffic with absolutely zero real engagement. Here are the facts: My Google Analytics data confirmed the discrepancy. Thousands of reported clicks from RichAds, but only a small fraction appeared as actual sessions on my website. Zero sign-ups. Zero conversions. No real user activity whatsoever. When I stopped my campaigns and requested a refund for my unused balance, RichAds refused. Instead, their team insisted I spend more money to continue "testing." Their support was unhelpful and dismissive. Their "account manager" only pushed me to increase my budget rather than addressing the obvious quality issues. I am not alone in this experience. A quick look at RichAds on Trustpilot (2.1/5 rating) shows countless other advertisers reporting the exact same pattern: fake bot traffic, zero results, and a flat refusal to return unused funds. If you are considering RichAds, do not make the same mistake I did. They trap your money, deliver worthless traffic, and will not refund your balance. There are far better, more transparent advertising platforms available. Recommendation: Avoid at all costs.

The traffic quality is awful and no refund The traffic quality is awful. Customer support is off on weekends, and it takes a whole day to get a response. Campaign moderation is totally unpredictable — they might reject a link, and then later accept the exact same one. The worst part is that they flat-out refused to refund the remaining balance on my account. I don't recommend this platform at all Update 10.06: After this review was published, the platform contacted me and stated that the remaining balance on my account would be refunded. However, more than a month has passed since that promise was made, and the refund has still not been processed. I was told to wait, but nothing happened and the funds were never returned. To make matters worse, my account was later blocked, meaning I lost access to the platform and to the remaining balance on the account. As things stand, those funds are no longer accessible to me. The fact that a refund was promised after my review, yet was never actually completed even after more than a month, only reinforces my original concerns about this platform. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend it. SCAM

The platform itself is easy to use, and I appreciate how fast campaigns go live. also, having a personal manager is definitely a plus. on the downside, i feel like the recommendations could be more actual. some of the angles didn't work for my offers at all. ended up relying mostly on my own testing.

I had a very bad experieVery bad experience – no refund and poor traffic qualitynce with… I had a very bad experience with RichAds. I deposited money to run advertising campaigns, but the traffic quality was extremely poor. I received clicks, but there was no real engagement or conversions, which strongly indicates low-quality or non-human traffic. After stopping my campaigns, I requested a refund for my remaining balance. However, they refused to return my unused funds, which is very disappointing. Support was not helpful in resolving the issue, and I did not get a proper solution. I would not recommend this platform, especially for beginners. Please be careful before depositing money.

Warning: Bot Traffic Network. Warning: This is a bot traffic ad network, avoid it by all costs. Here's my experience from start to finish, and how I found out that all the traffic were not just bot, but a sophisticated-scripted bot traffic. Since this ad platform is specialised in Casinos, I joined a Casino affiliate program that's very common and good. I setup my tracker to filter out the bots including connecting my domain to Cloudflare to detect the bots. Therefore, I had two sophisticated bot filter + detectors softwares. Based on Richads funding system, if I deposited $500, I will get an ad expert including a whilelist of the GEOs. I deposited this amount, got an ad expert, added the whitelist in the campaign provided by the ad expert, then launched the campaign through Push ads, and ran it for 9 days. After the launch and filtering our the sources and zones, I paid $420, received 3k clicks, 74 registrations, but only 1 deposit, so it's 1.35% conversion rate for the deposit which triggers a red flag, but why? because a regular conversion rate for deposits for Casinos should be between 5%-15% espeically when you have a whitelist and using only premium traffic (not standard tarffic). After that, I've monitored and analyzed my traffic on Cloudflare and Bemob tracker, and they've confirmed and that the traffic were sophisticated bots, which indicates that those 74 registrations were bots, except for one human traffic that passed successfully and deposited. Yes, there are sophisticated bots that follows a specific coded-script to have the ability to fill out forms, but not depositing just to keep on losing money by depositing more. Especially, I've checked the timestamp between the click and registration and it's 0 seconds, because a real human traffic would take 30 seconds to 5 minutes to read the prelander, take a decision and complete the registration form, or an impatient human would take 10-20 seconds to skim and register fast to get the tempting offer, think about it logically. Please, no matter how desperate your are for looking for a good ad network, do NOT use Richads, the ad expert is not ad an expert as it seems, they only switch managers because when you sign up on their platform, you get a manager, hence the catchy point is to lie by giving you an ad expert (only changing managers) to get you to deposit higher amount as I was going to start with only $150. Also, I have checked with an AI assitant on Deepseek and it confirmed my point when I went through it step by step, that the traffic were sophisticated bots. Richads you're a disgrace to the concept of advertising, shame on your. Hope you lose everything including this fake bot fuel network.
