Illustrated desk on an orange background seen from above: a smartphone lies flat with 3 blank notification cards standing on a small 1-2-3 winners podium on its screen; one hand drops a gold coin into a slot on the side of the phone, the other rings a brass bell; around are a world map with pins, a stopwatch, stacks of coins, a bar chart card, a cursor cutout, sticky notes and a coffee mug with the aliencpa logo.

Push is the format I keep coming back to, and the reason is the price. The notification goes to everyone you target, but you pay only for the people who tap it. In 2026 a click on a push notification still costs fractions of a cent, and sweepstakes, loans, dating, gambling and utilities still run on it.

What shrank is the list of places to buy it. Adsterra says that by 2024 it had "completely replaced web push traffic to its in-page analog". HilltopAds and Adcash list in-page push among their formats but no subscription push, and Zeropark's advertiser page now offers only pop and domain redirect traffic. Browsers tightened too. Since October 2025 Chrome removes notification permission from sites with very low engagement and a high volume of notifications, and since January 2026 it rate-limits the Push API for such sites. Google's reason, from the Chrome announcement:

Less than 1% of all notifications receive any interaction from users.

On iPhones and iPads web push reaches only web apps added to the Home Screen, from iOS 16.4. So if you want to buy push traffic from real subscribers, the choice is narrower. Below are 12 push advertising networks that still sell classic push, with deposits, bids, pricing models and subscription-age targeting checked on their own pages in October 2026, then my Push.House setup, the overspend trap and a first test. The basics are in our glossary entry on the push network.

Two things stand out. The entry is cheap almost everywhere: 10 of the 12 deposits are $50-$100, and the published bids run from $0.0005 to $0.005 per click. And 7 of the 12 networks don't publish a minimum bid at all, so the real price of a click shows only in the panel, by GEO and subscription age.

Infographic titled What It Costs to Start on Push, with the subtitle Minimum deposit and minimum push bid on each network's own pages, October 2026: 6 white cards with wallet and cursor icons and red figures: Push.House $50 and $0.001; PropellerAds $100 and $0.001; RichAds $150 and $0.005; Evadav $100 and $0.001; OnClickA $45 and $0.0005; RollerAds $50, minimum push bid not published; a footnote says bids are per click and real prices depend on GEO, device and subscription age.

12 best push advertising networks in 2026

The order is editorial: networks where push is the core product and the targeting goes deepest come first.

1. Push.House — Best for Subscription-Age Segments

Push.House, run by PushHouse s. r. o. from Slovakia, is the push network I use myself; my setup is below the list. Its strength is how it slices the base: by subscription age and by traffic activity, each with its own price.

  • Min deposit: $50.
  • Push pricing: CPC from $0.001; CPA Goal in beta.
  • Push targeting: subscription age in days; Premium, High and Medium segments, which its 2024 guide defines as subscriptions 0-4, 5-14 and 15+ days old; own sites or partner feeds; up to 30 GEOs per campaign.
  • Volume: 14+ billion daily impressions across formats, by its own count.
  • Best verticals: dating, gambling, betting, sweepstakes, utilities, nutra, adult, finance.
  • Pros: a public network volume page; auto rules, microbidding and a global blacklist; adult creatives allowed.
  • Cons: CPA Goal still in beta; "the newer the subscription, the higher the traffic cost".

2. PropellerAds — Best for Automated Push Bidding

PropellerAds (Propeller Ads Ltd, Cyprus, since 2011) sells classic and in-page push in "one buying interface", with the widest choice of push pricing models here. Since June 2026 its self-serve platform also has an AI agent, NIKO, still in beta.

  • Min deposit: "starts from $100 US Dollars depending on the payment method".
  • Push pricing: CPM, CPC, SmartCPC or CPA Goal; clicks from $0.001.
  • Push targeting: GEO down to city, OS, browser, carrier, zones and subzones, User Activity Targeting; no subscription age.
  • Volume: 186B+ monthly impressions for push and in-page push, by its own count.
  • Best verticals: mobile utilities, software, lead generation, finance, e-commerce, mobile apps, iGaming.
  • Pros: SmartCPC and CPA Goal for push; unused balance refundable within 6 months.
  • Cons: after a second deposit, refunds only above $200, minus 10%; adult content can be rejected.

3. RichAds — Best for Source Tiers and Target CPA

RichAds (RICHADS LTD, Paphos, Cyprus) sorts push sources into Premium, Standard, Remnant and New (added within 30 days), so you can start on the best inventory and widen later. Target CPA, Performance Mode and automated rules work on top.

  • Min deposit: $150.
  • Push pricing: CPC from $0.005 in its 2026 guide, $0.003 in its 2025 FAQ; Target CPA.
  • Push targeting: source tiers, "new subscribers only", GEO down to city, device model, OS, browser, carrier, publishers and sites.
  • Volume: 5+ billion impressions a day in 220 countries across formats, by its own count.
  • Best verticals: iGaming, betting, utilities, finance, e-commerce, apps, dating, sweepstakes, games, nutra.
  • Pros: an Insights tab with average and top bids by GEO; automation built for push.
  • Cons: the highest deposit among the mainstream networks here; no refund if you leave with a positive balance.

4. Evadav — Best Budget Network With Subscription-Age Targeting

Evadav (Cassandera Capital LTD, Larnaca, Cyprus) is a plain push network with bids from $0.001 and moderation it puts at 2 minutes on average. Its auction weighs your bid times your CTR, so a better creative wins traffic at the same price.

  • Min deposit: $100.
  • Push pricing: CPC or CPM; bids "from 0.001".
  • Push targeting: GEO, city, device, browser, language, carrier and subscription period, passed in days by a {SUB_PERIOD} macro; Premium inventory.
  • Volume: 10 billion push ads a month in 250 GEOs, by its own count.
  • Best verticals: not named on its advertiser pages.
  • Pros: cheap entry bids; up to 5 ads per campaign; refunds on request from $50.
  • Cons: costs run 12 hours past a campaign's limit (terms 5.6); refunds are at Evadav's discretion, and a rules violation forfeits the balance.

5. Kadam — Best for Mainstream and Adult Push in a Single Panel

Kadam (Kadam Advertising Ltd, Limassol, Cyprus) sells classic push, in-page push, popunder, native and banners from a single account, and its targeting puts mainstream traffic and adult subcategories side by side.

  • Min deposit: $100 first deposit; 500 EUR/USD by bank transfer.
  • Push pricing: CPC, CPM or CPA Target (push, in-page and popunder, with a postback).
  • Push targeting: GEO, platform, browser, language, mainstream or adult categories, subscription age, retargeting, proxy filter.
  • Volume: 300 million+ users in its push database, by its own count.
  • Best verticals: e-commerce, games and apps, finance, nutra, news, dating, sweepstakes and lottery.
  • Pros: subscription age for classic push; a Forecaster for traffic by bid and targeting.
  • Cons: push gets no impressions at a balance of $17 or less; budget limits "may be exceeded several times" with broad targeting.

6. RollerAds — Best for SmartCPC and Fresh Subscribers

RollerAds (Kavanga Inc. in its footer) turned 7 this October and now runs traffic, offers and site monetization under a single account, a model we covered in full-cycle ad platforms. Push is charged only for delivered clicks.

  • Min deposit: $50.
  • Push pricing: CPC and SmartCPC; CPA Goal and CPA Optimization with a postback.
  • Push targeting: IP range, traffic quality, GEO down to city, carrier, subscription age, browser, OS, zone lists, day and time.
  • Volume: 7B+ daily impressions and 10M+ daily clicks across formats, by its own count.
  • Best verticals: not listed; its own push case is sweepstakes.
  • Pros: up to 10 creatives per campaign; a Rates page with bids by GEO; an in-house spy tool.
  • Cons: its own January 2026 US sweepstakes case spent $193.03 for $207 of revenue over 10 days, after launching without a max bid.

7. DAO.AD — Best for Public Push Volume Data

DAO.AD (formerly Daopush, DAO ADVERTISING LLP, UK, started in 2019) publishes push volume by country with average and maximum CPC. On October 29, 2026 India led with 58,894,253 daily impressions at an average CPC of $0.013, ahead of DR Congo and Indonesia: a Tier-3 network first.

  • Min deposit: $50.
  • Push pricing: CPC or CPM; creatives rank by CTR x CPC after about 2,000 test impressions.
  • Push targeting: not detailed on its public pages; subscription age isn't mentioned.
  • Volume: about 1 billion impressions a day in 174+ countries, by its own count.
  • Best verticals: not named; its push rules ban adult landing pages, virus scares and fake system messages.
  • Pros: an open volume and CPC table; creative specs spelled out in the terms.
  • Cons: a creative ranked at 0.00% CTR gets no more impressions; refunds only after $50 of spend.

8. ClickAdilla — Best for Adult Push Traffic

ClickAdilla sells web push alongside 6 other formats, with an adult pitch on its homepage, "Send raw volume into private rooms", and a Premium sites preset from its partner TubeCorporate. Prices come out of a real-time auction, with no fixed CPC.

  • Min deposit: $50 by card and $500 by wire in its 2023 payments guide; $5 is the minimum to launch a campaign.
  • Push pricing: CPC or CPM.
  • Push targeting: GEO or IP ranges, carrier, device and vendor, language, OS, RON or Premium sites, and a "Subscription days" field described only as "how many days the push notification will appear".
  • Volume: no push figure; the homepage says "Reach billions".
  • Best verticals: not listed; the pitch is adult.
  • Pros: instant blacklists; refunds of a balance above $50 within 6 months.
  • Cons: click limits are predicted from CTR and trigger "with a small deviation"; refunds cost 10%, at least $25.

9. Galaksion — Best for Mainstream Push on CPA

Galaksion (Galaksion Group SIA, Riga, Latvia) sells push on CPM, CPC or CPA and stays strictly mainstream: its terms ban adult, pornographic and nude content.

  • Min deposit: $50.
  • Push pricing: CPM, CPC or CPA.
  • Push targeting: not detailed on its push page; forecasts by rate, GEO, targeting and model in the account.
  • Volume: 1.5 billion impressions a day across formats, by its own count.
  • Best verticals: e-commerce, utilities, dating, finance.
  • Pros: CPA pricing for push; a public traffic estimator.
  • Cons: refunds from $100 with a 5% fee, only after you've spent more than the minimum deposit; no adult.

10. OnClickA — Lowest Entry Price for Push

OnClickA has the lowest published entry here: a $45 deposit by card or Capitalist since June 2024, and push CPC "from $0.0005" in an August 2024 post. Its homepage recommends $0.007 for push, closer to what you'll pay.

  • Min deposit: $45.
  • Push pricing: CPC, CPC Goal or CPA.
  • Push targeting: country and region, carrier, IP ranges, device and vendor, language, browser and OS versions.
  • Volume: 500M+ push impressions a day and 150M+ subscribers, by its own count.
  • Best verticals: not named.
  • Pros: low entry; micro bidding and blocking of single ad spots.
  • Cons: money reserved against predicted clicks for up to 48 hours; refunds cost 10%, at least $25, in the same wording as ClickAdilla's.

11. AdMaven — Best for Sweepstakes and Utility Offers

AdMaven (AdMaven Ltd.) is better known for pops but still sells classic push on CPC, next to in-page push. Its help center has a full article on push verticals.

  • Min deposit: $100 by card, PayPal, Capitalist, Paxum or Payoneer; $500 by crypto or wire.
  • Push pricing: CPC, by a recommended rate card.
  • Push targeting: GEO, OS, device, connection, carrier, zones, day parting, frequency capping, browser.

  • Best verticals: sweepstakes, casino, dating, nutra, Mac products, sports betting, e-commerce, PC cleaners, antivirus.
  • Pros: Win Rate by source; a global blacklist.
  • Cons: deposit fees up to 4%; refunds from $50 within 6 months, minus 10%; no sexually explicit content.

12. ExoClick — Best for Adult Push at Scale

ExoClick (EXOCLICK, S.L., Barcelona, founded in 2006) is the adult network on this list, with push among its 20+ formats. Verification, deposits and the login trap are in my ExoClick review.

  • Min deposit: 200 EUR/USD.
  • Push pricing: CPM, Smart CPM, CPC or Smart Bid.
  • Push targeting: zones, sites, Sub IDs and account-wide blacklists; minimum prices only in the panel.
  • Volume: 20 billion ads a day across 65,000 publisher platforms, by its own count.
  • Best verticals: adult and dating; gambling with pre-approval.
  • Pros: adult inventory at scale; unused balance refundable within 6 months.
  • Cons: verification with an ID number; its docs say even pacing "doesn't work very well" with push.

How I set up a push campaign on Push.House

These are screens from my own Push.House account: 3 campaigns for a loan offer in Colombia, "Hasta $1.000.000 al 0%".

Campaign creation starts with the format: Push Notification, In-Page Notification, OnClick, Banner or the new DirectClick; a multi-format switch can clone the campaign into InPage and OnClick versions.

Copy the macros into your tracker link: besides {click_id} and {price}, Push.House passes {site}, {feed}, {traffic_segment} and {subscription_age}, which you'll build lists from later. Here is an example link that passes all 6; the domain and the parameter names on the left are placeholders, use the ones your tracker expects:

https://tracker.example/click?click_id={click_id}&cost={price}&site={site}&feed={feed}&segment={traffic_segment}&sub_age={subscription_age}

Then pick CPC or CPA Goal (beta), own sites or partner feeds, and traffic activity: Premium (high price, low volume), High, or Medium (low price, high volume).

Push.House campaign creation form in my account: format cards Push Notification (selected), In-Page Notification, OnClick, Banner and DirectClick marked New format; a note that push notifications work on all platforms and Google Chrome browsers; a Multi-format campaign block marked Recommended with InPage and OnClick toggles switched off; a Target page field with the example http://www.domain.com/in.php?site={site} and macro chips {click_id}, {site}, {camp}, {pdpid}, {price}, {feed}, {country}, {city}, {os}, {browser}, {format}, {lang}, {traffic_segment} and {subscription_age}, explained in a What are macros panel on the right; Payment Model CPC selected next to CPA Goal marked beta; Traffic settings with Push House traffic and Partners traffic both selected and 0 feeds selected; Traffic activity cards Premium (price high, volume low), High (price medium, volume medium) and Medium (price low, volume high), all 3 selected.

The creative form is short: a title of up to 30 characters, a description of up to 45, a 192x192 icon, a 492x328 image and a "Creative 18+?" switch. Push.House recommends at least 2 creatives per campaign. The preview shows Android, Windows and iOS separately, since each draws the notification its own way.

Push.House Advertisement form, Creative 1, with Preview and Duplicate buttons: a Badge dropdown, a Creative 18+? switch set to No, a Text for buttons toggle, a Title field limited to 30 characters, a Description field limited to 45 characters, an Icon upload recommended at 192x192 px and an Image upload recommended at 492x328 px in jpg, jpeg or png, an Add one more creative link and a note Create at least 2 creatives recommending a minimum of 2 ads per campaign; on the right an Advertisement preview with Android, Windows and iOS tabs, Android selected, and a note that all systems display push notifications differently.

Then the limits: general and daily budget and clicks. Below sit an hourly schedule in UTC+3 and automatic rules; on the right, an Available traffic chart for your settings over the last 24 hours, where a point read 2,514 clicks at a price of 0.0601.

Push.House campaign budget and schedule settings: a Clicks frequency capping toggle switched off; General campaign budget, Daily campaign budget, General clicks limit and Daily clicks limit fields all showing No limits; a Warning box reading There may be an overrun of the limit!; a Campaign Schedule grid with All, Working days, Weekend and Disable all options and hours 00 to 23 selected for every day from Monday to Sunday, with a note Show time by UTC +3; an Automatic Rules block with an Add rule button; on the right an Available traffic chart for the selected settings over the last 24 hours, with clicks on a scale of 1,200 to 2,800 and price on a scale of 0 to 0.8, and a tooltip at 2,514 clicks and a price of 0.0601.

Under the limit fields Push.House prints its own warning: "There may be an overrun of the limit!" The classic pitfall is overspending, even after you stop the campaign: the system sent the pushes, but it doesn't control when, or how many, users will open them.

So I account for the overrun in my budgets, test, collect blacklists of the feeds and sites where the push audience was collected, and plan the date and time of sending to optimize.

My 3 Colombia campaigns in the list: CPC push, all 3 segments on, $10 a day and $30 in total as budget limits, no click limits, $0.00348 per click. All 3 are stopped now.

Push.House Campaign List in my account, filtered to mobile and PC, Push, Today and all pay models: counters 0 Active, 0 Rejected, 0 Deleted, 0 Pending and 3 Stopped; a table of 3 campaigns, each with payment type CPC, format PUSH, segments PREMIUM, HIGH and MEDIUM, status STOPPED, budget limits Daily $10 and Total $30, click limits Daily and Total unlimited, price 0,00348, WinRate 0% and country CO for Colombia.

Before you choose a GEO, the public Network volume page is worth a look: the top 10 countries with yesterday's clicks and minimum, recommended and maximum prices. When I took this screenshot, the minimum was $0.002 in all 10; Indonesia led with about 1,080,624 clicks, and the US was 6th with about 440,397. The table changes daily.

Push.House public Network volume page, Top 10 countries by volume, with columns Country, Min. price $, Rec. price $, Max price $ and 2 Yesterday's clicks columns: Indonesia (ID) 0.002, 0.002, 0.09, about 1,080,624 and 57,897 clicks; India (IN) 0.002, 0.007, 0.015, about 843,963 and 21,182; China (CN) about 675,720; Malaysia (MY) about 583,836; Thailand (TH) with a max price of 0.145, about 528,015; United States (US) 0.002, 0.002, 0.6, about 440,397 and 36,662; Kazakhstan (KZ) about 410,565; Ivory Coast (CI) about 372,669; Russia (RU) about 325,380; Tanzania (TZ) about 303,545; and a View all countries button.

After moderation the system usually needs 30 minutes to 2 hours to start sending, and it sends in waves, not all at once. Everyone you target gets the push, but you pay only for clicks, so you pay for real interest. I love push for its honest price.

Why push campaigns overspend, and what the networks say

A sent push sits on the device until the user taps it or swipes it away, and the networks that sell classic push say so in their own rules:

  • Evadav, terms 5.6: "Due to specification of push format Advertiser costs will continue for 12 more hours after the campaign reached its limit."
  • RichAds, FAQ of March 3, 2025: "Sometimes users might click push notifications even days after they were initially sent", so advertisers "could be charged for that even if the campaign is currently paused."
  • PropellerAds, help center: the full stop comes 15-20 minutes after you click Stop, and a CPC campaign "can get some late clicks", paid from your balance.
  • Kadam, FAQ: a click limit stops the display of ads, "but there may be clicks on the materials already shown", and the excess grows the smaller the limit and the higher the CTR.
  • OnClickA, help center: its push notifications live 24 hours, "the maximum time limit for getting clicks", so set the budget limit lower than the spend you want.

My rules for it:

  • Set limits below what you're ready to lose: a $30 total limit is a target, not a ceiling.
  • Leave money on the balance after you stop. Evadav stops campaigns below $20 precisely so late clicks don't take the balance negative.
  • Judge a stopped test the next day, not the minute you press Stop.
  • Don't over-read a $10-a-day test: small limits overrun the most, by Kadam's own description.
  • Plan the date and time of sending, so the waves go out when your offer converts and you can watch them.

How to buy push traffic: a first test

  1. Pick 1 GEO and 1 offer with a simple action: a short loan form, a sweepstakes SOI, a dating sign-up.
  2. Check volume and prices before you deposit. Push.House's Network volume page, DAO.AD's traffic volume table, RichAds' Insights tab and RollerAds' Rates page show traffic and bids by country.
  3. Set up tracking first. Pass the feed, site, segment and subscription age macros into your link, and set a postback: CPA Goal on RollerAds and CPA Target on Kadam don't work without one.
  4. Upload at least 2 creatives. On networks that rank by bid times CTR, such as Evadav and DAO.AD, a weak creative loses at any bid.
  5. Start on CPC with a manual max bid. RollerAds' own case launched without one, got "higher-than-expected spend", and settled down only after the team set a $0.15 max CPC.
  6. Set daily and total limits below your real budget, and a sending schedule.
  7. After each cycle, blacklist the feeds and sites that brought no conversions and whitelist the ones that did; then split by subscription age or tier.
  8. Move to CPA Goal or Target CPA only once conversions come in steadily; RollerAds says CPA Goal may take up to 48 hours to optimize.

For the size of the test budget, see how much budget to test an offer.

Push or in-page push?

Most networks here sell both. Classic push goes to people who clicked Allow and reaches the lock screen even when the site is closed. In-page push is a banner styled as a notification: it needs no subscription and shows only on an open page, which is also why it reaches iPhones. Test both on the same offer and compare cost per conversion, not CTR. The mechanics of classic push are in our push network entry.

Checklist: what to do

Questions and answers

What is the best push ad network for beginners?

One with a low deposit, public volume data and plain CPC: Push.House ($50, clicks from $0.001, an open network volume page), RollerAds ($50) or Evadav ($100, bids from $0.001). PropellerAds starts at $100 and adds automated bidding once you have conversions. Start with 1 GEO and small limits.

What is the minimum deposit on push ad networks?

From $45 at OnClickA to 200 EUR/USD at ExoClick; most networks on this list ask $50-$100, RichAds $150. The method matters: AdMaven asks $500 by crypto or wire, Kadam 500 EUR/USD by bank transfer.

How much does push traffic cost?

Published minimum bids run from $0.0005 (OnClickA) to $0.005 (RichAds) per click. Real prices depend on GEO, device and subscription age: my Colombia campaigns on Push.House ran at $0.00348, and DAO.AD's average CPC in India was $0.013 when I checked.

Why does my push campaign spend after I stop it?

Because the pushes were already sent. The network controls when notifications go out, not when subscribers open them, and late clicks are billed: for 12 hours after the limit on Evadav, up to 24 hours on OnClickA, sometimes days later on RichAds. Set limits below your real budget and leave money on the balance.

Is push traffic still worth buying in 2026?

Yes, for offers with a simple action and for buyers who build lists. Fewer networks sell it, Chrome cuts permissions and rate-limits low-engagement sites, and iPhones get web push only through Home Screen web apps. But clicks are still cheap and you pay only for real interest. Test it next to in-page push and let cost per conversion decide.

Author’s conclusion

Classic push in 2026 is a smaller market than it was. Adsterra moved to in-page, HilltopAds and Adcash sell only in-page, Zeropark sells pop and redirect, and Chrome trims the subscriber bases of noisy sites. The 12 networks above still sell it, with deposits from $45 to 200 EUR/USD and clicks from fractions of a cent. They differ less in price than in what they let you control: subscription age, source tiers, feeds and automated bidding.

My advice: start where you can see the volume before you pay, such as Push.House or DAO.AD, with 1 GEO, 2 creatives, a manual max CPC and limits set below the money you can lose. Collect blacklists after every cycle, and expect the bill to keep growing for hours after you press Stop.
