Fred2 Months Without Payment or Answers I've been waiting for my payment for two months, but CrakRevenue has provided no clear explanation or resolution. Support and my account manager provide no clear answers, no updates, and no estimated payment date. This lack of transparency and communication is extremely unprofessional. Publishers deserve better than being left waiting indefinitely without knowing what is happening. Very disappointing experience. I hope they resolve this and pay what is owed.

Extremely disappointing experience with CrakRevenue. Think twice before working with them. I want to share my experience with CrakRevenue so other affiliates, especially those investing their own money into paid advertising, understand the potential risks of working with this network. I joined CrakRevenue to promote AI dating offers, primarily Candy AI. I ran paid advertising campaigns through TrafficStars, using my own advertising budget to test creatives, placements and traffic sources. During August 2026, my campaigns generated 8 conversions that were recorded in CrakRevenue's system, including paid events. Later, CrakRevenue contacted me regarding unusual activity associated with these conversions. I cooperated with their investigation, explained exactly where my traffic came from, provided campaign information and screenshots, and answered their questions. I had no intention of generating fraudulent traffic. I was simply buying advertising from an established advertising platform and trying to build a legitimate affiliate marketing business. CrakRevenue subsequently classified the conversions as invalid, attributed the issue to potentially compromised or poor-quality traffic sources, and reversed the associated commissions. What disappointed me most was the lack of detailed evidence provided to me. I was not given a clear breakdown identifying the specific placements or individual conversions responsible for the issue, making it extremely difficult to understand what went wrong or how to prevent it from happening again. At one point, CrakRevenue even offered to keep my account active and allow me to test alternative traffic sources, provided I accepted the loss of the disputed commissions. I took some time to consider the situation and later contacted them requesting reactivation. I was willing to continue working with the network and improve my traffic quality. Instead, after another review, they informed me that they had decided to close my account indefinitely and terminate our partnership. This was particularly frustrating because their earlier communication had left open the possibility of continuing our cooperation. The final response simply referred to a thorough review and identified risks, without providing further specific explanations. As a result, I lost the advertising money I invested, the commissions associated with the disputed conversions, and the opportunity to continue working with the network. I understand that affiliate networks must protect advertisers against fraudulent traffic. I fully support that. However, I also believe legitimate affiliates deserve transparent communication, clear explanations and a fair opportunity to understand problems with their campaigns. My biggest disappointment is not simply that the account was closed. It is how the entire situation was handled. If you're a new affiliate planning to invest your own money in paid traffic, I would strongly recommend understanding CrakRevenue's traffic-quality requirements, conversion validation rules and commission reversal policies before spending anything. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this network. UPDATE: CrakRevenue's public response is false. They claim I ignored their inquiries, but I replied on September 15 within 74 minutes, provided screenshots, and received confirmation from their team that same day. They even thanked me for cooperating. I never disputed the reversed commissions after they flagged the traffic as fraudulent. My issue is their misleading account of what happened. I have the emails and timestamps to prove it. It's shameful to publicly misrepresent the facts just to defend your company's reputation.

The payment dashboard is extremely bad… The payment dashboard is extremely confusing and it's difficult to understand the actual payment status, amounts earned, and what is pending or payable. What is even more concerning is that they stopped responding to my emails after June. I've tried contacting them to get clarification regarding my payments, but I haven't received proper responses or updates. I understand that payment processing can sometimes take time, but the lack of transparency in the dashboard and the lack of communication from support make it very difficult to know what is actually happening with my earnings. I hope CrakRevenue improves the payment dashboard and, more importantly, starts responding to publishers when there are payment-related issues.
