AdsPower — antidetect browser: rating and member reviews

Managing dozens of ad accounts, social profiles or marketplace stores from one laptop is exactly what platforms are built to catch. AdsPower is one of the best-known antidetect browsers for that job. It's packed with features, and its old marketing promised that accounts become "undetectable". We looked at what it really does, what it costs now, and who should pay for it.

What AdsPower is

AdsPower creates isolated browser profiles. Each has its own fingerprint (the set of device and browser parameters websites read), its own cookies and storage, and its own proxy. Opened side by side, profiles look like different users on different devices.

It offers two browser kernels: SunBrowser, built on Chromium, and FlowerBrowser, built on Firefox. Having both matters when a platform behaves differently with each engine, or when you want your profiles to look less uniform.

Typical users:

• Affiliates and media buyers running several ad accounts or business managers;
• agencies handling client accounts with a team;

Features that matter

Profile management. Create profiles one at a time or in batches, sort them into groups, import and export them, and see at a glance which proxy and platform each one uses.

Fingerprints. Each profile gets a real-device-style fingerprint. As with every antidetect browser, consistency matters more than randomness: the OS, language, timezone and IP of a profile should tell the same story.

Proxies. Proxies are attached per profile, and AdsPower can match proxies to profiles automatically on paid plans. The browser masks the device, not the IP: proxy quality is on you.

Automation. RPA lets you record or build flows for repetitive tasks, and the synchronizer mirrors your actions in one window across many others. There's also a local API for teams that script their own tooling.

Teamwork. Paid plans add team members, permission management, profile sharing and operation logs, so you can see who opened which account and when.

Pricing

AdsPower changed its pricing several times. The original version of this review quoted $39 a month, $99 a quarter or $299 a year. A later dashboard screenshot shows a 10-profile plan at $10 a month, with $10 for each extra team member.

Today the model is simpler to describe and harder to compare:

• Free: 2 profiles, no time limit.
• Professional: you pick a fixed profile count (10, 20, 50 or 100); each subscription includes a super-administrator and 2 extra profiles.
• Business: customizable profiles and members.
• Enterprise: 5,000+ profiles, price on request.

How to get started

1. Download the client from the official site and register with your email. Cracked or re-uploaded builds are a common way to lose accounts and wallets.
2. Add proxies first. Residential or mobile proxies in the account's GEO, one per profile. Datacenter IPs on Facebook, Google or TikTok are a quick way to a checkpoint.
3. Create profiles and group them by client, platform or project.
4. Check before you log in. Open the profile on a fingerprint checker and make sure the IP, timezone and language agree.
5. Add automation last. Once the manual workflow is stable, record RPA flows for the boring parts.

What to expect in practice

The strength of AdsPower is breadth: almost everything a multi-account team needs is in one app. The cost of that breadth is complexity. New users will need time with the tutorials, and running many profiles at once is heavy on RAM and CPU, so budget for a decent machine.

What it won't do is make accounts safe by itself. Platforms ban accounts for behavior, creatives, payment methods and policy violations as much as for linked fingerprints. An antidetect browser removes one reason for a ban; it doesn't remove the others. Read the terms of the sites you work with: some prohibit multiple accounts outright.

AdsPower or something lighter?

If you run a handful of accounts alone, AdsPower's free plan is too small and its paid plans carry features you won't use; a simpler tool with a larger free plan may fit better. If you run a team with dozens or hundreds of profiles and want automation and access control in one place, AdsPower is one of the strongest options.
