AdsPower and Dolphin{anty} are the 2 antidetect browsers media buyers argue about most, and in October 2026 the argument has a clear shape. Dolphin ships each new Chromium about a week after Chrome and gives you farming workflows from the $10 plan. AdsPower trails Chrome by about 2 weeks, but 100 profiles cost $36 instead of $89, a teammate costs $5 instead of $10 to $25, and it has mobile profiles and an iOS app.
I've used both in my own work. Everything below is built on what the 2 companies publish, all checked on October 22, 2026: pricing pages, docs, release notes and their official Telegram channels. Kernel: who keeps up with Chrome?
Dolphin{anty}, by about a week. Both were on Chromium 155 on October 22, 2 days after Chrome 156 came out, so on the day you read this both are probably 1 version behind. The difference is how long that gap lasts each cycle. Here's 2026 from both companies' release notes and Telegram channels against Chrome's stable releases:
- 150. Chrome stable: June 30. Dolphin{anty}: July 7, 7 days. AdsPower: July 29, 29 days.
- 151. Chrome stable: July 28. Dolphin{anty}: August 6, 9 days. AdsPower: August 12, 15 days.
- 152. Chrome stable: August 25. Dolphin{anty}: September 1, 7 days. AdsPower: September 9, 15 days.
- 153. Chrome stable: September 8. Dolphin{anty}: September 17, 9 days. AdsPower: September 23, 15 days.
- 154. Chrome stable: September 22. Dolphin{anty}: September 29, 7 days. AdsPower: October 10, 18 days.
- 155. Chrome stable: October 6. Dolphin{anty}: October 12, 6 days. AdsPower: October 20, 14 days.
Why a week matters now. Since September 2026 Chrome ships a new version every 2 weeks. A browser that needs 2 weeks to follow spends most of each cycle a version behind; one that needs a week, about 50% of it. Neither is a red flag, but if you run expensive accounts, Dolphin's rhythm is the safer one.

Neither publishes its spoofing method in detail. AdsPower says fingerprints are "managed at the browser kernel level"; Dolphin's docs describe noise "as close as possible to the real one, but not identical." Fingerprint, a company that sells device identification to websites, names both among its examples of antidetect browsers. Popular tools get studied first, so a contradiction in your profile, like a macOS user agent on a Windows font list, gets noticed in either.
AdsPower has a second engine. FlowerBrowser runs on Firefox 153, which is Firefox's current Extended Support Release, not an outdated version. Dolphin is Chromium only.
Price: solo and team
At any profile count, AdsPower costs less. Monthly prices from both pricing pages, with yearly billing in brackets:
- About 10 to 20. AdsPower: $9 for 10, $12 for 20. Dolphin{anty}: $10 for 20 ($6).
- 100. AdsPower: $36 ($21.60). Dolphin{anty}: $89 ($53).
- 300. AdsPower: $86 ($51.60). Dolphin{anty}: $159 ($95).
- 1,000. AdsPower: $197 ($118.20). Dolphin{anty}: $299 ($179).
The gap grows with every teammate. AdsPower charges $5 a month per member ($3 yearly) on any paid plan. Dolphin includes 1 user per plan and sells more only from Base: $10 each on Base, $20 on Team and $25 on Enterprise. In money:
- 3 people on 100 profiles: $36 + 2 × $5 = $46 at AdsPower, $89 + 2 × $10 = $109 at Dolphin.
- 5 people on 300 profiles: $86 + 4 × $5 = $106 at AdsPower, $159 + 4 × $20 = $239 at Dolphin.
Watch Dolphin's steps. Its pricing page says additional profiles can't be bought on Base, Team or Enterprise, so 120 profiles means jumping from $89 to $159. AdsPower sells Business in steps of 100 profiles. Both take 40% off for a year paid up front.
Automation and workflow
Dolphin{anty} is built around account farming. From the $10 Starter plan you get the scenario builder, a no-code constructor for farming, warm-up and data collection, plus a cookie robot that visits a list of sites to build up a profile's cookies, and a synchronizer marked beta. The remote and local API allow 1,500 requests a minute from the same $10 plan. One date to act on: Dolphin said the old endpoint for the profile list will be switched off on November 1, 2026.
AdsPower is built around automation at scale. Its no-code RPA robot builds browser workflows, with RPA Plus and an AI Agent for scheduled tasks on top. The synchronizer works on every plan, even Free. The Local API starts on Professional at $9 with 300 requests a minute, rising to 900 on Business and 1,500 on Enterprise, and AdsPower supports MCP and Skills for AI agents.
In practice: if your day is warming and farming Facebook or TikTok accounts by hand with ready routines, Dolphin's tools fit that rhythm out of the box. If you run batches of profiles with a team and want to automate more of it cheaply, AdsPower gives more for the money.
Teams, mobile and security
Team control is solid in both. AdsPower gives per-member permissions by group or profile and real-time logs of logins, IP addresses, profile openings, proxies and RPA tasks. Dolphin has roles such as admin and team lead, shared folders with view, edit and manage rights, profile transfer and, since October 12, a "Running" status that shows who opened a shared profile and on which device, with a remote force-stop for admins from Base.
Mobile is AdsPower's. It creates profiles with Android and iOS fingerprints on desktop and has an iOS app, released in summer 2026, that opens mobile profiles synced with the team; an Android app is announced. Dolphin marks mobile fingerprints as "soon" and has no mobile app.
Know AdsPower's January 2025 incident. An attacker injected code into AdsPower that modified crypto wallet extensions installed through it between January 21 and 24, 2025, and stole seed phrases and private keys; Halborn estimated losses at $4.7 million from 5 users' wallets. It hit crypto wallets, not ad accounts, but it's a reminder for both tools: don't keep wallets in antidetect profiles and turn on 2FA. We found no similar incident reported for Dolphin{anty}.
Free plans and payment. AdsPower's free plan has 2 profiles with the synchronizer, plus a 7-day trial of everything. Dolphin's has 3 profiles without the API or scenarios, down from 5 in October 2026. Both take cards and crypto; AdsPower also takes PayPal and a long list of local methods.
Which one should you choose?
By situation:
- Solo, Facebook or TikTok farming, up to 20 profiles — Dolphin{anty}. Scenarios, cookie robot and API for $10.
- Solo, 50 to 100 profiles on a budget — AdsPower. $36 against $89 for 100 profiles.
- Team of 3 or more — AdsPower. $5 per member against $10 to $25.
- Expensive accounts, kernel freshness first — Dolphin{anty}. About a week behind Chrome against about 2.
- Mobile profiles or work from an iPhone — AdsPower. Android and iOS fingerprints, iOS app.
- Heavy no-code automation across many profiles — AdsPower. RPA, synchronizer on every plan.
You can also split the work: keep the accounts that are most expensive to lose in the browser with the faster kernel, and run volume in the cheaper one. Test both on their free plans with the proxy you'll really use before you pay for a year.

Checklist: what to do
Questions and answers
Is AdsPower or Dolphin Anty better?
It depends on your setup. Dolphin{anty} follows Chrome faster, about a week against about 2, and has farming workflows from $10. AdsPower costs $36 against $89 at 100 profiles, charges $5 per teammate instead of $10 to $25, and has mobile profiles and an iOS app.
Which is cheaper, AdsPower or Dolphin Anty?
AdsPower at every size. 100 profiles cost $36 a month against $89, 300 cost $86 against $159, and 3 people on 100 profiles cost $46 against $109. Both take 40% off for yearly billing.
Which has the newer Chrome kernel?
Both ran Chromium 155 on October 22, 2026. In 2026 Dolphin{anty} shipped each version 6 to 9 days after Chrome and AdsPower 14 to 29 days after.
Which is better for Facebook ads?
For hand farming and warm-up, Dolphin{anty} has the more complete toolkit: scenarios, a cookie robot and a faster kernel. For a team running many accounts on a budget, AdsPower is cheaper and has RPA. Profile quality depends just as much on your proxy and how you work in the account.
Do AdsPower and Dolphin Anty have free plans?
Yes. AdsPower's free plan has 2 profiles with the synchronizer, plus a 7-day trial of all features. Dolphin{anty}'s has 3 profiles without the API, scenarios or synchronizer, down from 5 in October 2026.
Author’s conclusion
Dolphin{anty} for hand-run farms where a faster kernel and ready workflows matter more than price; AdsPower for teams and volume where every profile and seat counts.
The 2 tools solved different problems. Dolphin keeps its kernel about a week behind Chrome and puts the scenario builder, cookie robot and a generous API into a $10 plan, but charges $89 for 100 profiles and more for every teammate. AdsPower is 2 weeks behind Chrome, carries a 2025 security incident on its record, and costs $36 against $89 for 100 profiles, with mobile profiles that Dolphin doesn't have yet.
My advice: if you work alone or in a pair on accounts that are expensive to lose, start with Dolphin{anty}. If you're 3 or more people or past 100 profiles, start with AdsPower. Either way, test on the free plan first and check the kernel version every month.
