Illustrated desk on a violet background seen from above: a brass balance scale holds a box with the AdsPower logo on one pan and a box with the Gologin logo on the other, almost level, with price tags of $36 and $39; one hand adds a small weight, the other ticks 2 columns in a notepad; around them 2 smartphones, ID badges, a calendar, a stopwatch and a coffee mug, and the aliencpa logo is on a notebook.

AdsPower and GoLogin are the 2 antidetect browsers buyers compare when the budget is tight, and on price they're almost twins: 100 profiles cost $36 a month at AdsPower and $39 at GoLogin. The differences are elsewhere. AdsPower runs a fresher Chromium kernel, sells teammates at $5 on any plan and has no-code RPA. GoLogin's engine runs weeks further behind Chrome, but it works on Android and iPhone, rents cloud Android phones and gives you 7 days to ask for your money back.

I've used AdsPower in my own work; for GoLogin this comparison is built on what the company publishes. Everything below was checked on October 22, 2026: pricing pages, docs, release notes, refund terms, AdsPower's official Telegram channel and the browser build GoLogin's software downloads. For the full picture, read our AdsPower review and GoLogin review.

Kernel: about 2 weeks against about 5

AdsPower stays closer to Chrome. In 2026 its SunBrowser shipped Chromium 150 to 155 between 14 and 29 days after each Chrome release, and the version is in its release notes and Telegram channel. GoLogin doesn't publish the Orbita version; the build its software downloaded on October 22 was Orbita 153, with Chrome at 156.

  • 151. Chrome stable: July 28. AdsPower: August 12, 15 days. GoLogin Orbita build file: September 7, 41 days.
  • 152. Chrome stable: August 25. AdsPower: September 9, 15 days. GoLogin Orbita build file: September 30, 36 days.
  • 153. Chrome stable: September 8. AdsPower: September 23, 15 days. GoLogin Orbita build file: October 15, 37 days.
  • 154. Chrome stable: September 22. AdsPower: October 10, 18 days. GoLogin Orbita build file: not released.
  • 155. Chrome stable: October 6. AdsPower: October 20, 14 days. GoLogin Orbita build file: not released.

The GoLogin dates are when each build file was last modified on its servers, not public announcements, so treat them as approximate. GoLogin's own blog confirms the gap: on its test day Orbita was "two versions behind stable Chrome 154."

AdsPower Browser News (EN) Telegram channel, post of October 20, 2026, announcing that Chrome 155 is now available on AdsPower and asking users to update the client.
GoLogin blog, Best Anti-Detect Browsers in 2026, updated October 7, 2026: "What could be better. Orbita was on Chrome 152 on the test day, two versions behind stable Chrome 154. Octo Browser and Dolphin Anty were already on 154."

Why it matters. Chrome now ships every 2 weeks. AdsPower is usually 1 version behind, which is normal for the market; GoLogin is usually 2 to 3 behind, and its existing profiles don't update by themselves, so you change the Orbita version in each profile's settings. AdsPower also runs a Firefox engine, FlowerBrowser, on Firefox 153, the current Extended Support Release.

Neither publishes its spoofing method in detail, and Fingerprint, a company that sells device identification to websites, names both among its examples of antidetect browsers. Popular tools are studied first, so profile contradictions get noticed in either.

Price: almost the same, until you add people

For one person, the difference is a few dollars either way. Monthly prices from both pricing pages, with yearly billing in brackets:

  • 10. AdsPower: $9 ($5.40). GoLogin: $9 ($4.50).
  • 20 to 25. AdsPower: $12 for 20 ($7.20). GoLogin: $19 for 25 ($9.50).
  • 50. AdsPower: $21 ($12.60). GoLogin: $29 ($14.50).
  • 100. AdsPower: $36 ($21.60). GoLogin: $39 ($19.50).
  • 300. AdsPower: $86 ($51.60). GoLogin: $99 ($49.50).
  • 1,000. AdsPower: $197 ($118.20). GoLogin: $179 ($89.50).

Monthly, AdsPower is cheaper or equal up to 500 profiles; yearly, GoLogin usually wins because it takes 50% off against AdsPower's 40%. At 1,000 profiles GoLogin is cheaper either way.

Teams change the picture. AdsPower sells members at $5 a month ($3 yearly) on any paid plan. GoLogin's plan comparison puts members on Business and above, with 1 included and more at $10 ($5 yearly).

  • 3 people on 100 profiles: $36 + 2 × $5 = $46 at AdsPower; at GoLogin you need Business, $99 for 300 profiles with 1 member, plus 1 at $10, so $109.
  • 5 people on 300 profiles: $86 + 4 × $5 = $106 at AdsPower; $99 + 3 × $10 = $129 at GoLogin.

The refund rules are opposite. GoLogin promises a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. AdsPower's refund policy says no refunds are made once you've confirmed a purchase, and that you must tell AdsPower you won't renew at least 2 working days before your plan ends, or it can charge the next period from your account balance. Test AdsPower on its free plan and trial before you pay.

Automation and team control

AdsPower automates more without code. Its RPA robot builds browser workflows, with RPA Plus and an AI Agent for scheduled tasks, and the synchronizer works on every plan, even Free. The Local API starts on Professional with 300 requests a minute, 900 on Business, and AdsPower supports MCP and Skills for AI agents.

GoLogin covers the basics. There's no no-code builder. Run with Sync mirrors your actions across several profiles, though its docs warn it "can't handle divergent states," so log in one by one first. Cookie Bot visits sites to warm profiles up. The REST API starts on Professional with 300 requests a minute, up to 1,200 on Custom, with SDKs for Node.js and Python, a cloud browser and an MCP server.

Team control is stronger at AdsPower. It gives per-member permissions by group or profile and real-time logs of logins, IP addresses, profile openings, proxies and RPA tasks. GoLogin has roles from "Can run" to "Workspace full access" and profile shares (10 on Professional, 100 on Business); we didn't find a team action log in its docs.

Mobile, extras and security

GoLogin is the phone-first option. Its Android app runs Orbita on real phones and syncs with desktop profiles, the iOS app came out in July 2026, and paid plans include Cloud Android, virtual Android phones with Google Play for app-based accounts. AdsPower creates Android and iOS fingerprints on desktop and has an iOS app from summer 2026; its Android app is announced, and it has no cloud phones.

GoLogin adds proxy traffic. Every paid plan includes 2 GB of GoLogin's residential proxy traffic. It also runs in a web app and a cloud browser, on top of Windows, macOS and Linux; AdsPower has desktop apps for the same 3 systems.

Know AdsPower's January 2025 incident. An attacker injected code into AdsPower that modified crypto wallet extensions installed through it between January 21 and 24, 2025, and stole seed phrases and private keys; Halborn estimated losses at $4.7 million from 5 users' wallets. It hit crypto wallets, not ad accounts. We found no confirmed security incident for GoLogin. For both tools: no wallets in antidetect profiles, and 2FA on the account.

Which one should you choose?

By situation:

  • Team of 3 or more on a budget — AdsPower. $5 per member on any plan.
  • Kernel freshness matters — AdsPower. About 2 weeks behind Chrome against about 5.
  • No-code automation of account farming routines — AdsPower. RPA and a synchronizer on every plan.
  • Accounts that live in mobile apps — GoLogin. Android and iOS apps, Cloud Android.
  • Solo, paying for a year — GoLogin. $19.50 against $21.60 for 100 profiles.
  • You want a way back if it doesn't fit — GoLogin. 7-day money-back guarantee.

One check before you commit to GoLogin: open a test profile and look at the Orbita version. If it's 3 or more versions behind the current Chrome, keep your most valuable accounts in a browser with a fresher kernel.

Checklist: what to do

Questions and answers

Is AdsPower or GoLogin better?

AdsPower is better for teams and desktop automation: a fresher kernel, $5 teammates on any plan, RPA and a synchronizer on every plan. GoLogin is better for mobile work and cautious buyers: Android and iOS apps, Cloud Android and a 7-day refund, but its engine ran about 5 weeks behind Chrome in 2026.

Which is cheaper, AdsPower or GoLogin?

For one person they're close: 100 profiles cost $36 at AdsPower and $39 at GoLogin monthly, or $21.60 and $19.50 yearly. With a team AdsPower is cheaper: 3 people on 100 profiles cost $46 against $109.

Which has the newer Chrome kernel?

AdsPower. On October 22, 2026, it ran SunBrowser 155 from October 20, while GoLogin's latest desktop build was Orbita 153. GoLogin doesn't publish the Orbita version in its release notes.

Can I get a refund from AdsPower or GoLogin?

GoLogin promises a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions; you ask support in the app chat. AdsPower's refund policy says no refunds once a purchase is confirmed, so test it on the free plan and trial first.

Which works on phones?

Both have iOS apps. GoLogin also has an Android app and Cloud Android on paid plans; AdsPower's Android app is announced, and it has no cloud phones.

Author’s conclusion

AdsPower for teams and desktop automation on a budget; GoLogin for phone-based accounts and buyers who want a refund window.

At 100 profiles these 2 cost almost the same, so the choice comes down to what you do around the profiles. AdsPower keeps its kernel about 2 weeks behind Chrome, charges $5 per teammate and automates without code, but refunds nothing and carries a 2025 security incident. GoLogin's Orbita ran about 5 weeks behind Chrome and seats start on Business, but it's the only one of the 2 with an Android app, cloud phones and a money-back guarantee.

My advice: if you're 3 or more people or run desktop accounts at volume, take AdsPower after a test on its free plan. If you work alone and your accounts live on phones, start with GoLogin, and check the Orbita version in every profile before you trust it with money.
