About BidVertiser
BidVertiser is a self-serve ad network run by Bpath LTD, trading as BidVertiser, with addresses in Haifa and Tirat Carmel, Israel; its terms are governed by Israeli law. The About page dates the business to 2003, the site footer says "Serving you Since 2008", and the Wayback Machine has BidVertiser pages from 2004. It calls itself "The Direct Advertising Network" and sells direct navigation traffic from expired links, typos and domains, pop-unders, push and in-page push, contextual pops injected by browser toolbars and extensions, native ads and pre-roll video, on desktop and mobile. The home page counters show 78,522 network websites in 196 countries, and the advertiser page states "More than 3,000 active advertisers".
Advertisers start from a $100 deposit and can run campaigns from $5 a day, funded by PayPal, card, WebMoney, Paxum, Payoneer, Capitalist or bank wire, according to the advertiser page. There is no public bid floor: the panel shows a recommended minimum bid for each GEO, pop-unders are bought per visitor on run of network and native ads per click. Targeting covers GEO, device, OS, browser, ISP, carrier, time of day, IAB category, keywords and subids, with subid blacklists and whitelists, bid overrides, a global postback and auto-optimization toward an ROI goal. Unused balance is refundable within 30 days of the deposit for PayPal, card or wire payments; after a second deposit only balances over $200 are refunded, minus a 10% fee, and crypto deposits are not refunded.
The publisher program monetizes websites, toolbars, extensions, apps, search and domains with display banners, pop-unders, sliders, smartlinks, an XML feed and programmatic ads, and promises "100% Coverage". Ads follow the single category a site picks, plus third-party ads that may not match it. Sites go through an editorial review, normally within 48 hours, and should be at least 3 months old with regularly updated unique content; free domains are not accepted automatically. Payouts start at $10 by PayPal, $100 by check in the US and Canada and $500 by wire, sent Net 30 after the balance crosses the minimum, and accounts under the threshold for over 3 months may be closed with pending payments declined. On SmartCustomer BidVertiser scores 2.2 out of 5 from 20 reviews, mostly advertisers reporting bot clicks, the latest in December 2023.

BidVertiser Review 2026: Ad Formats, Minimum Deposit & Publisher Payouts
BidVertiser, an Israeli ad network, starts advertisers at $100 and pays publishers from $10 by PayPal, a month after they cross it. Approval isn't instant: a 48-hour editorial review wants 3-month-old sites. Google allows it next to AdSense; public reviews complain about bots.
This BidVertiser review is for 2 kinds of readers. The first is a publisher with a small site who wants a second ad network next to AdSense, or one that pays before AdSense does. The second is a media buyer looking for cheap pop, push and redirect traffic with a $100 entry. Skip it if you need ads that match each article or a network with fresh public reviews: BidVertiser offers neither.
My verdict from the paperwork: for publishers, a backup network with a $10 payout that is written into the terms, worth testing on a site that already passes its rules. For advertisers, a $100 probe with a tracker and a strict blacklist, not a place to scale. The instant approval you may have read about isn't what its own help center says: sites get an editorial review, normally within 48 hours, and should be at least 3 months old.
A note on method: I haven't placed BidVertiser code or bought its traffic recently, so nothing below is a result of mine. This review is built on BidVertiser's own pages, its terms, its help center, Google's AdSense help pages and SmartCustomer reviews, all checked on November 7, 2026. My own test, with earnings, spend and results, will be added here once it's done.

BidVertiser ad formats and traffic quality
BidVertiser is run by Bpath LTD, "Trading as BidVertiser", with a mailing address in Haifa and a main office in Tirat Carmel, Israel; its terms are governed by Israeli law. The footer says "Serving you Since 2008", while the About page says Bpath "spotted the need of website owners to sell their ad space directly to advertisers" back in 2003. The Wayback Machine has BidVertiser pages from 2004, so the older date is the right one.
The site calls itself "The Direct Advertising Network" and lists its formats under "Desktop & Mobile, Mainstream & Adult". Advertisers buy 7 of them, each described in the help center:
Format | How BidVertiser describes it | Bid |
|---|---|---|
Direct navigation | Traffic "from expired links, typos or domains", redirected to your landing page | Keywords or run of network |
Pop-under | Your page opens in a new tab after a visitor clicks on a publisher's site | Per visitor (CPV), run of network only |
Push | Notifications to users who accepted them on a site | Bid in the panel |
In-page push | An alert-style ad inside the page, text and a 300x200 image | Bid in the panel |
Contextual pops | Pops "injected by browser toolbars and extensions", triggered by domain names or keywords | Domains or keywords |
Native | Title, text and image, on sites and search results | Per click (CPC) |
Video | Pre-roll, "before the start of the main video on the site" | Bid in the panel |
Publishers get a different menu: "Display banners, pop unders, sliders, smartlinks, XML and programmatic". The smartlink is CPC-based "and support all geos and all devices". The XML feed shows BidVertiser ads in your own search results, and the help center says it's "for experienced web developers with very high traffic websites only". BidVertiser also buys traffic from toolbars, extensions, apps, search and domains, which explains where its direct navigation and injection traffic comes from.
The 100% fill rate, as BidVertiser puts it. The publisher page promises "100% Coverage": "We guarantee full coverage for desktop & mobile worldwide". In practice that means BidVertiser tries to sell every impression, so you shouldn't see empty ad blocks. One exception is in the help center: sites with "a very low number of page views are being removed automatically from our ad server", and their ads come back after a few page refreshes.
What fills those blocks. BidVertiser isn't a contextual advertising network in the AdSense sense. It reads no article text: you pick 1 category per site when you register, and advertisers bid on that category. The help center calls it "a site-targeted marketplace" and adds the part that matters for your CTR:

So a dental clinic's blog can show a flower delivery ad, because that bid paid the most at that moment. BidVertiser matches ads to money, not to your page, and an ad that has nothing to do with the article gets fewer clicks. That costs a CPC-paid block more than a pop-under, which pays per visitor anyway.
Traffic quality from the buyer's side. BidVertiser says its platform "rejects any kind of bot traffic, click farms, malwares and viruses", and its help center promises not to charge for bot clicks it catches: "any confirmed bot/fraud traffic will be refunded to your account", if you send IPs, tracking parameters and time frames. Public reviews tell a harsher story. On SmartCustomer, formerly Sitejabber, BidVertiser scores 2.2 out of 5 from 20 reviews, 84% of them 1-star; the profile is unclaimed and the company hasn't replied.

The reviews are old, the latest from December 2023, and most come from advertisers. In June 2021 a buyer counted "4,877 clicks" on native ads and not a single free registration. In September 2020 another paid $200 for 35,000 reported clicks on an eBay listing and made no sale. In June 2022 a buyer wrote that a sales rep told them BidVertiser redirects traffic from other websites, which is how its own pages describe direct navigation and injection pops. I read that as a reason to test each format separately, not as proof of fraud: redirect traffic converts or fails by offer, and the only way to know is a postback and per-subid stats.
BidVertiser for publishers: payout methods and approval
Approval is fast, not instant. You sign up with an activation code, add your site with 1 category, confirm your phone and place a verification code on your home page. Then a person looks at the site:

That's quicker than Google, whose site review "usually takes a few days, but in some cases can take 2-4 weeks". But it's a review with rules. "BidVertiser no longer automatically accepts websites with free domain names (such as .blogspot.com etc)": a free-hosted blog has to prove reputation, months of activity, real traffic and comments, unique content, search presence and incoming links in a support ticket. The publisher terms also let BidVertiser reject sites with sexually explicit or violent material, or "for any other reason that is deemed by us to be unsuitable".
Funny enough, BidVertiser started as the opposite. Its 2004 publisher FAQ compared itself with "Other ad networks (like Google and Overture)" and promised "a system that accept all sites, including flash sites, sites with little content and password-protected pages". 22 years later it asks for 3-month-old sites with fresh content, which is close to what AdSense asks.
The $10 minimum is in the contract. This is BidVertiser's strongest point for a small site, and unlike a landing page slogan it's in the publisher terms:

The help center explains the schedule: payments go out "on a Net 30 basis from the date the balance reaches the minimum threshold for your payment type". Cross $10 by PayPal in October and you're paid at the end of November. The Next Payment tab updates once a month, "normally in the first week of a new month". For a bank wire you need $500 in the balance first, and checks go only to the USA and Canada.
Bitcoin on the landing page, Payza in the help center. The publisher page says "We pay by PayPal, Bitcoin, wire and check". The help article on payment options, updated October 21, 2026, lists only PayPal, check and bank wire, and the terms give no Bitcoin minimum. 2 other help articles still name Payza at $10, a service whose operator and owners pleaded guilty in the US in 2020 and whose site doesn't open today.
If PayPal and wire aren't available in your country, the help center suggests "that you have the funds sent to family/friends". Ask support which methods your account can use before you place the code.

How much it pays is anyone's guess. "There are no fixed values for any of them, as it all depends on how much our advertisers are willing to pay at that time," says the help center about its CPM, CPA and CPC ads; "Pop-under and slider ads are very good for CPM earnings". The terms don't disclose a revenue share either: you get paid "as determined by BidVertiser". BidVertiser's own advice is to "try us for a couple of weeks to see".
A $10 threshold with a 3-month clock. The terms say accounts that don't earn the minimum payment threshold "for a period of over 3 months may be terminated with no notice and all pending payments may be declined". An account with no impressions for 2 months can be closed too, and after 180 inactive days "your earnings will be removed".
The terms also make your payout depend on BidVertiser being paid by its advertisers. If your site earns $2-$3 a month, keep an eye on the balance and request a payout as soon as it's eligible.
Yes, it works next to AdSense, and it's Google who says so. BidVertiser's current pages don't mention AdSense at all. Google's help page does: "You may place non-Google ads on the same site or page as Google ads." The limits are Google's policies, including its inventory value rule: "you may not place more ads than content on your page". Formats are the other limit. Pop-unders and sliders annoy visitors, and BidVertiser's own native ads article warns that Chrome blocks ads with abusive experiences. On a page with AdSense I'd use BidVertiser's banners or native widget and leave pop-unders for pages without Google ads.
Advertising costs and minimum deposit rules
$100 to start, $5 a day to run. The advertiser page says "Low Starting Budget - Only $100", and the terms agree: "The minimum deposit amount is $100 US Dollars." After that you control the daily budget.

The same page lists 7 deposit methods: PayPal, card, WebMoney, Paxum, Payoneer, Capitalist and bank wire. The help center's funding articles mention only cards and PayPal, and the terms mention crypto, with a 10% fee if you don't send the funds within the payment provider's window. A new card starts as an authorization hold, and you may be asked for a screenshot of the transaction; verification takes up to 2 business days.
No public bid floor. If you've seen "PPC from $0.05" or "CPM from $1" quoted for BidVertiser, I couldn't find those figures on its site or in its help center. The panel shows a "recommended minimum bid" for each GEO you select, "the bid that should at least start to get you some traffic", and a bid analyzer shows the top bids. Pop-unders are bought per visitor and "can only select RON targeting", native ads per click. Budget your test by GEO: BidVertiser itself suggests a separate ad for each GEO, so 1 expensive country doesn't eat the deposit.
Targeting covers GEO, device, OS, browser, ISP, carrier, time of day, IAB category, keywords and subids. For optimization there are subid blacklists and whitelists, bid overrides per source, a quality score filter, a global postback and auto-optimization toward an ROI goal. New ads are reviewed "normally within 24 hours (including weekends)", but only once the account is funded. Adult landing pages, tech support, scareware and "flash/driver" offers need prior approval and special settings.
Refunds come with a deadline and a fee. BidVertiser refunds "unused balance only", within 30 days of the original deposit, and only for PayPal, card or wire. After a second deposit, a refund "will only be issued for a balance of more than $200 US Dollars and a processing fee of 10% will be deducted". Crypto deposits and coupon bonuses aren't refunded, and an account with no spend for 6 months can be closed, with the balance held until you open a ticket.
The rule that hurts most is about multiple accounts: if BidVertiser decides 2 accounts belong to the same person, "all deposited or earned funds across the accounts will be placed on hold". The latest SmartCustomer review, from December 2023, comes with a chat screenshot along those lines: support asks how many accounts the user is related to, then says the account was blocked by the security team and the funds won't be refunded. BidVertiser also runs a referral program that pays 5% of a referred advertiser's spend for up to 1 year.
BidVertiser vs AdSense
The 2 networks are built differently. AdSense, Google says, "works by matching ads to your site based on your content and visitors"; BidVertiser matches ads to the category you chose and fills the rest with whatever pays most. Here's how the rest compares, from each side's own pages:
BidVertiser | Google AdSense | |
|---|---|---|
How ads are chosen | Your site's category, plus third-party ads; highest bid wins | Your content and visitors; ad auction |
Site review | Editorial, normally within 48 hours; site at least 3 months old | "Usually takes a few days", sometimes 2-4 weeks; applicants 18+ |
Publisher share | Not disclosed | 80% after the advertiser platform's fee, about 68% for Google Ads buyers |
Minimum payout | $10 PayPal, $100 check, $500 wire | $100 for USD accounts |
When you're paid | End of the month after you cross the minimum | 21st-26th of the month; $100 reached in January is paid at the end of February |
Formats beyond banners | Pop-unders, sliders, smartlinks, XML feed | Not part of this comparison |
Same page as the other | Allowed by Google's rules | "You may place non-Google ads on the same site or page as Google ads" |
AdSense is the main network where it accepts you. An ad that matches the article gets more clicks than one picked for the site's category, and Google publishes its revenue share while BidVertiser doesn't. That's my reasoning, not my test, and it's why I'd keep AdSense first on any site Google approves.
BidVertiser fits the gaps. A new or small site that AdSense hasn't approved yet, a site whose AdSense balance takes months to reach $100, or a second network for pop-under and slider inventory AdSense doesn't sell. The $10 PayPal threshold is BidVertiser's real advantage over AdSense: a site earning $15 a month gets paid every month instead of every 7th month. Just remember the 3-month rule above and the 3-month-old site rule at the door.
If BidVertiser rejects your site or you want to compare payouts, our list of ad networks for website monetization covers the alternatives, and for pop traffic the popunder top has the checked minimums.

Checklist: what to do
Questions about BidVertiser
What is the BidVertiser minimum deposit?
The minimum deposit for advertisers to start a campaign is $100, per BidVertiser's terms and help center. Campaigns can then run from $5 a day. Unused balance is refundable within 30 days of the deposit, for PayPal, card or wire payments only.
How much does BidVertiser pay publishers?
BidVertiser publishes no fixed rates: earnings depend on advertiser bids, traffic quality and GEO. The minimum payout is $10 by PayPal, $100 by check and $500 by bank wire, paid on a Net 30 schedule, at the end of the month after the balance crosses the minimum. The publisher page also names Bitcoin; check it with support.
Does BidVertiser work with AdSense?
Yes. Google's AdSense help says publishers "may place non-Google ads on the same site or page as Google ads", so both ad networks can run on the same website. Google's policies still apply, including no more ads than content on a page. Banners and native ads are the safer pairing; pop-unders are better kept to pages without Google ads.
Is BidVertiser legit?
BidVertiser is operated by Bpath LTD in Israel and has run since at least 2004, with terms under Israeli law and a $10 PayPal payout written into them. Its public reviews are weak: 2.2 out of 5 from 20 reviews on SmartCustomer, mostly advertisers reporting bot clicks, the latest in December 2023. Test it with a small budget and a tracker.
How long does BidVertiser approval take?
After you place the verification code, BidVertiser's editorial team assesses the site, "normally completed within 48 hours". Sites should be at least 3 months old, regularly updated with unique content and have real traffic. Free domains such as Blogspot aren't accepted automatically.

Our verdict on BidVertiser
Worth a test as a second network for a small site, on banners or native ads, if a 48-hour review and the 3-month inactivity clause suit you. Buyers should treat the $100 deposit as a probe: 1 GEO, a postback, a blacklist and a refund request within 30 days if it does not convert.
I haven't placed BidVertiser code or bought its traffic recently, so this conclusion is about the paperwork, and the paperwork has 2 faces. The publisher side is better than its reputation: a $10 PayPal minimum in the contract, a 48-hour review and Google's explicit permission to run it next to AdSense. The advertiser side looks like what the reviews describe: redirected and injected traffic sold next to pops and push, with refunds that close after 30 days.
My verdict: if you run a small site, BidVertiser is worth a test as a second network, with banners or native ads and an eye on the 3-month inactivity clause; don't expect instant approval or ads that match your articles. If you buy traffic, treat the $100 deposit as a probe: 1 GEO per campaign, a postback, a blacklist, and a refund request inside 30 days if it doesn't convert. My own test results will follow on this page.

Fraud These ppl have worst traffic i created a account they block without any reason and didnt refund. Dont create account fake ppl they took money and keep hold your account.
They Are Cheater Direct ad bid $48 but they are not provide a source they are giveing fake click and cut $48 for 1 click It is very risky. I dont want to go this company more. Anyone please guide me a direct ad company... Not like the type of realy this is a bad... 48$ for 1 click
Don't do business with them They are horrible. The sales rep I chatted with on Skype was very arrogant and rude. The person kept telling me that they redirect traffic from other websites. In other words, they do not have their publishers. The use RON (run on operating system) to drive traffic to offers. This can get you're Adsense acc banned. You get impressions and clicks from bots. No real human traffic.
Fake traffic - most likely bots I've had 4,877 clicks through to my website since launching the campaign. Not a single click has accepted the cookies which means Google Analytics has not be able to register any of them. I have not had a single registration (which is free) and none of them have spent a penny on my site. My guess is... they are bots. The ad format i'm running is native ads, so you would have to assume that for someone to click on a native ad there would be a certain amount of interest (maybe not huge, but enough to at least accept the necessary cookies to view the site). I would advise people against using Bidvertiser on this basis. Alternatively, you can find out for yourself! There is a code 'MOBIDEA50' that gives you $50 free credit without needing to deposit any funds. Waste of time in my opinion but good luck either way!
BidVertiser SCAM BidVertiser is a scam. They offered a $50 coupon for $1 dollar deposit then charged $1.50 then removed $50 credit which wasn't supposed to have expiration.
I wasted $200. I put $200 on ebay item that I sell. There was no one single sale. They reported on 35,000 clicks. EBay found out that the clicks are fake clicks and lowered my rating, and stopped the sales of the item of that ad [link] I wrote to them that it was my fault that I did blocks sites that steal clicks. That I had to filter these sites. That means that they agree that their sites steal clicks and do nothing against it.
BidVertiser Paid Advertising Native Ads Hi everybody! Without further ado, we are reviewing today an international ad network, They've launched their network in 2012 and from that time on wards they've been selling plenty of different advertising formats, such as Push, Pop, and Zero-click.
I have spent 200 When I registered I applied 50 coupon but I never received them on my balance I have contacted them but they are giving me ridiculous reason for this problem, For those 200 that I have spent I never received any real result I have tried different methods but nothing works, I think that they are sending "pay per view ads" traffic like "paidverts".
I am an advertiser and Bidvertise is 100% SCAM Don't waste your money. I invested $50 and they have eaten money within 3days. No one lead. All clicks are 100% bot
Im an advertiser and it is a scam Tried this marketing tool due to the low cost and as always "you get what you pay for". Thats why in the UK they make you front load it with money that is non returnable but is little enough ( $100) to have a go. I have ran the adverts for 1 month now and not had one single lead despite getting 20+ clicks a day. Im no expert but if people are only looking at your website for 1 second then they are either a bot or completely being mis targeted. Anyhow this will be the last time I try bidvertiser.
A great way to irritate visitors If you insert their ad code on your site, you'll get ads that when triggered produce multiple pop-up layers that cover up your site and make returning to it too hard.
Scammy company Wasted $50 on them and they sent me noting but bots and fake hits totally rubbish scam company! My Bounce rate went through the roof Stay well clear of these muppets.
Don't approach to them An extraordinary example of how you shouldn't lead business. Scammers is too soft word to describe them. I don't know why their website still working
Keep Out, Danger **************0000 scam volts This site is not legit and is run by a con artist who charges us $20 for 8 clicks on native ads and makes sure that he leaves your accounts in red, no impressions, no clicks poor website design that is crappy and God knows what else
What a joke! I re-posted a banner and set my daily amount at $5 well with in 1 to 2 mins later i checked and some how i got over 154 clicks in less then 2 mins. I CALL BULL-$#*! THERE'S NO WAY... WOW A WAIST OF $50
