Pharma offers
Prescription-type medicines sold online without the prescription: erectile dysfunction, weight-loss drugs, painkillers. High payouts because almost no source allows the ads; runs on email, search in some GEOs and adult traffic.
Also called: pharma, online pharmacy.
Pharma is nutra's stricter cousin: the products are real drugs and the advertising of them is regulated by law, not just by platform rules. Affiliate pharma has been email spam and adult-network traffic for two decades and is treated as black by mainstream platforms.
Networks that run it pay per order, mostly to affiliates in Tier-1 GEOs, and payment processing is the weak link.
