Fake guru
Someone selling affiliate-marketing courses and mentorships on the strength of screenshots, promising income and delivering old or invented setups. The money is in the course, not in the traffic.
Also called: course sellers, info-gypsies (CIS slang).
Real buyers rarely teach for money while their funnels work; the ones who do sell what stopped working. The tells are income promises, fake reviews, urgency and no verifiable case.
Free ways to learn exist: network managers who want your traffic, conference talks, public case studies with numbers, and a junior role in a team. This site's rules forbid promising income on any page, including its own.
