Browser kernel
The browser engine an antidetect is built on, usually a Chromium build the vendor patches to change fingerprints at the engine level. How fast the vendor follows new Chrome versions decides how current your profiles look.
Also called: antidetect kernel, browser core, core, Chromium fork.
Vendors give their builds names: Octo Browser runs Octium, GoLogin runs Orbita, AdsPower runs SunBrowser and the Firefox-based FlowerBrowser, Kameleo runs Chroma and Junglefox, and Multilogin runs Mimic. Under the names, most of them are Chromium with the vendor's patches.
Since September 2026 Chrome ships a new version every 2 weeks. On October 22, 2026, 2 days after Chrome 156, Octo was already on Chromium 156, Dolphin{anty}, Linken Sphere and AdsPower were on 155, and GoLogin's Orbita was on 153. A profile far behind real Chrome, or one that claims a version its kernel can't back up, is easier to flag.
Check the kernel version in your profiles before big launches and follow the vendor's changelog. If a profile is 3 or more versions behind Chrome, update or recreate it.
