SafePage Generator builds safe pages, also called white pages: the pages that ad platform reviewers and bots see while a cloak sends real users to the offer. Its public site at topazinfo.com, a domain registered in August 2024, presents it as a campaign page generator for landers, prelanders and multi-page campaign sites, and the privacy policy names SafePage Generator as the operator without a registered company. The API reference is more direct: its main call is titled "Generate a Safe Page", and the request has a cloaking setting. The catalog lists 15 generators and 18 themes, betting, dating, nutra, finance and health among them, and the company states it supports 50 languages. Formats include a multi-page static site with terms and privacy pages, WordPress-style sites as static HTML, PHP or a CMS package, news and AI-written pages, and a PWA builder. App pages styled after Google Play, the App Store and Microsoft Store pull a real app's title, icon and screenshots from its store link, and product pages follow Amazon, eBay and TikTok Shop, though the Russian guide asks users not to pass a product page off as the store's official site.

A new account gets 3 watermarked previews of AI Page, SafePage and WordPress Style pages with no card, but downloads need a paid plan. The company states that Bulk builds up to 100 pages in one ZIP and GEO expansion translates ready HTML into up to 10 languages per run. Teams get workspaces with owner, admin, buyer and developer roles, a list of generated sites and a domain center that handles DNS, SSL checks and cache through the user's own Cloudflare token. The API also copies the GET /v2 call of Comsign, another safe page generator, and the site pitches SafePage as an alternative to it.
