Clousd — tool: rating and member reviews

Clousd rents Android phones that run in the cloud and are controlled from a browser tab, a REST API, ADB or an AI agent. It is a product of Wisella AI LLC, a New Mexico company with an Albuquerque address, and it is new: the clousd.com domain was registered in September 2026, and the public status page has tracked uptime since October 16, 2026. The company states that Android runs natively on ARM servers rather than in an emulator and that each phone is built from the profile of one of 150+ real models from 11 brands, reporting that model's name, chip, screen and sensors. Phones launch on Android 12 to 17, keep their apps and data between sessions, start in about a minute and can be reset to a fresh state. The servers are in Frankfurt and Helsinki, with the US and Asia announced next, and each phone goes online through a residential network in one of 45 countries, taking its time zone, language and SIM country, or through the user's own SOCKS5 or HTTP proxy. The phones have no real number and cannot make calls or receive SMS.

The free trial gives 1 phone on Android 14 for 30 minutes with 100 MB of residential traffic and needs no card. Pay as you go costs $0.004 a minute while a phone runs, or $0.24 an hour, and never more than $0.80 a phone a day, from a prepaid balance of $10 or more that never expires, with up to 10 phones at once. Plans are bought from the same balance for 30 days and renew from it: Developer costs $29 with 5,000 phone minutes and 10 GB of traffic, Startup $99 with 25,000 minutes and 25 GB, and Scale $349 with 100,000 minutes and 100 GB. Past the plan, phones keep running at $0.004 a minute and traffic costs from $1.80 per GB, while traffic through the user's own proxy is free. Stopped phones cost nothing, every model, Android version and region costs the same, and more than 100 phones goes through sales. Payment is by Visa, Mastercard or American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Cash App Pay in the US, Pix in Brazil, Alipay and WeChat Pay; there is no crypto option. The first top-up is an activation payment and is not refunded outside the 14-day withdrawal right of EU and UK consumers, and later top-ups come back only as credit for downtime of more than 4 hours on Clousd's side.

Clousd sells itself for AI agents, app testing and QA, and its blog compares it with the GeeLark, MoreLogin and DuoPlus cloud phones. The dashboard shows live screens, several at once, and the same phones answer a REST API with an OpenAPI description, ADB through a relay locked to the user's IP, a hosted MCP server for Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and Gemini CLI, and an open-source Python SDK. A task written in plain words can go to 1 phone or up to 32 at once, and Clousd's own agent does the steps and reports back. Paid plans have unlimited team seats with roles. The acceptable use policy forbids getting around a platform's bans, bot detection or device-integrity checks, building networks of accounts presented as different people, fake installs, clicks and traffic, claiming sign-up or betting bonuses more often than their terms allow and getting around gambling geo restrictions, and it lists gambling and adult services among restricted uses; serious breaches close the account without refunding the balance. The company's partner program pays a 25% revenue share on every top-up of the customers a partner brings.
