About MyLead

MyLead is an affiliate network for publishers that its site says was founded in 2015; it is operated by MYLEAD CY LTD, registered in Nicosia, Cyprus. The site lists 17,018 affiliate programs in 96 categories, 7 payment models (CPA, CPL, CPS, PPI, CPC, COD and others), "over 100,000 partners" and its own monetization tools: CPA Locker, Captcha Locker, File Locker and Mobile Rewards.

Offers span dating, e-commerce, health, finance, sweepstakes, apps, games and adult, with GEOs set per offer. MyLead's blocking policy describes 3 kinds of blocks: of the affiliate, of withdrawals while traffic is investigated, and of a campaign at the advertiser's request; accounts found guilty of fraud are deleted. Third-party listings disagree on payouts, from $20 twice a week to $100 on Net-14, and the site doesn't publish its payment terms.

Most of MyLead's 895 Trustpilot reviews are positive (83% 5-star, TrustScore 3.8/5), but the 1-star reviews of 2026 follow one pattern: conversions kept "pending" for 4 to 6 months and then rejected without a traffic report. In June 2026, 2 teams reported losing over $4,500 each, and in October a publisher wrote that support had called their traffic good until all $2,000 of leads were rejected at the end of the hold. An Italian publisher says a manager accused them of fake registrations once they cut their daily spend and paid about half of €3,000. MyLead answers that lead validation and commission approval "are conducted by the advertiser, not by MyLead" and that rejections follow the advertiser's traffic quality audit.
