HasTraffic runs a transparent CPC auction: publishers' clicks go to the highest bidder and the click price is adjusted continuously on how it performs for the bidders. The company operates several brands on the same platform, including WantsTraffic, CPC Email Exchange and HasSocial, and says operations teams in four time zones cover campaigns around the clock.

An advertiser buys clicks rather than placements, in any vertical and any geo. The channels listed are compliant email, SMS, push notifications, domain and redirect traffic, click-to-call, chat funnels, filtered search, back button, social, pop and thank-you page. The platform states a 15% mark-up on traffic, which it puts at an average margin of about 13.7%.

On the publisher side the pitch is payment for every click instead of a revenue share or a CPA arrangement, with the auction price visible. Advertiser and publisher accounts are opened from the site; there is no published minimum deposit or price list.
