Ad campaign

A set of ads run together for one goal and one audience: one offer, one GEO, one source, a group of creatives and a budget. Platforms structure spend as campaigns, ad sets and ads.

Also called: campaign, RK.

On the ad platform, a campaign is the top-level object that holds the objective and the budget. Below it sit ad sets (audience, placement, bid) and the ads themselves (creative and link). In a tracker, a campaign is the link that groups clicks from one setup.

Media buyers usually keep one campaign per offer and GEO, so the numbers stay readable and a losing setup can be paused without touching the rest.
