About Asian Gaming Congress (AGC)

The Asian Gaming Congress (AGC) is a conference by Winna Media, the organiser of the HOT100 executive retreat. Its theme is "Building for the Future": two practical days on keeping regulated online gaming in the Philippines commercially viable under the current PAGCOR administration. It is built for senior decision-makers: C-suite and heads of online gaming, strategy, CRM and promotions at casino, sportsbook, online and bingo operators, plus game and software suppliers, lawyers, regulators and investors.

AGC 2027, the first edition, runs on March 10-12, 2027 at the Mandarin Oriental Makati in Manila: pre-registration drinks on March 10, conference days on March 11-12. The programme covers the real cost of regulation (minimum guarantees, taxes, compliance), legal versus illegal gaming (by the programme's figures, legal gaming takes only about 25-40% of online gaming revenue), Sri Lanka and other emerging Asian jurisdictions, and revenue models beyond traditional gambling: prediction markets, free-to-play, AI and subscription analytics.

For marketers, 3 sessions stand out: the review of Philippine advertising rules (advertising outside an operator's own premises, website or app is restricted, and new bills may extend the limits), acquisition and retention now that cash rebates are limited, and gamification and social play for Gen Z players used to influencer-led, social-first content. Early-bird registration is open, but prices are not published: the official registration form offers the early-bird price on request.
