Live Proxies sells residential and mobile proxies in three lines: rotating residential IPs, static residential IPs that stay with the account for thirty days or longer, and rotating mobile IPs. The company's stated difference is private allocation — IPs handed to an account are not shared with other customers rather than drawn from one common pool.

Buying is split in two. Self-serve plans are bought from the site, with rotating residential starting at $45 and static residential at $65 per plan, each in a metered and an unmetered form, and with sticky and rotating sessions, bandwidth rollover, IP whitelisting, dashboard access and API access. The enterprise tier adds bulk pricing, more than ten million IPs, city, state, country and ASN filtering, a free trial and a dedicated manager.

Enterprise targeting is given as more than fifty countries, with US state-level IPs available on the residential plans. Alongside the proxies the site runs a free proxy tester, a help centre with guides and FAQs, a locations page and an SDK for app owners who want to earn from their own traffic.
