ipvolt — proxy service: rating and member reviews

Dedicated mobile proxies, one carrier device per rental that nobody else uses, in 9 countries with IP rotation on demand or every 60 seconds to 30 minutes: $9 to $19 a day or $100 to $149 for 30 days, HTTP and SOCKS5, paid only in crypto, nothing renews on its own.

Average rating —

Average of the editors’ score and user reviews How the rating works. The editors’ score and the users’ score count equally. The users’ score combines reviews from aliencpa members and ratings quoted from other sites, such as Trustpilot or Reddit. A member review counts 5 times as much as a rating from another site.

About ipvolt

ipvolt rents dedicated mobile proxies: each rental is one device with a carrier SIM that nobody else uses while it is rented, and websites see the IP the carrier gives that device. The project is new: the ipvolt.com domain was registered in July 2026. Its about page names Lucas as founder and Paulius as co-founder, without surnames, and its terms say ipvolt is not yet a registered company, so until one is formed the people who run it are the other party to the contract and give their names and postal address on request. The terms also say the devices are supplied and operated by an infrastructure partner that ipvolt does not name. The catalog on November 2, 2026 had 16 carrier options in 9 countries: O2, Vodafone and 1&1 in Germany, Verizon, T-Mobile and T-Mobile 5G in the US, Three in the UK, SFR and Free in France, Vodafone and Odido in the Netherlands, Play in Poland, Singtel and M1 in Singapore, One NZ in New Zealand and Magti in Georgia. Targeting is by country and carrier, not by city. Residential proxies billed per GB are announced but not on sale yet.

A device is rented for 1 day or 30 days, up to 20 devices per order. A day costs $9 in Germany, France (SFR), the Netherlands, Poland and Georgia, $12 in France (Free) and New Zealand, $14 in the UK and $19 in the US and Singapore; 30 days cost $100 to $149, or $3.33 to $4.97 a day (prices on November 2, 2026; checkout shows the live price). Nothing renews on its own: a device is renewed by hand from the dashboard before the rental ends, otherwise it and its credentials stop working. The IP rotates on a button or on a schedule every 60 seconds, 5 minutes or 30 minutes on devices that support it; the carrier assigns the new IP and may return the same one, and rotation has no public API yet. Every device takes HTTP and most also take SOCKS5. Payment goes to a prepaid US-dollar balance topped up from $1 in crypto through NOWPayments (USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, SOL and others); card payments are announced as coming soon. The balance never expires but cannot be withdrawn. Started rentals are not refunded: if a device fails and cannot be repaired or replaced, the unused hours go back to the balance, while rotation, a repeated IP or a website blocking the device do not count as faults.

ipvolt is sold for business use only, not to consumers, and an account opens with an email code or a crypto wallet without a name; the refund policy lets ipvolt ask who a customer is and what the business does before it credits a payment or sends a refund. The site pitches the proxies for seeing search results, prices, sign-ups and checkouts as a local mobile user, and the acceptable use policy allows ad verification and testing apps and accounts on mobile networks. The same policy forbids ad or click fraud, abuse of bonuses and promotions, fake reviews or engagement, spam, and reselling or sharing access outside the customer's own business without ipvolt's written agreement; rentals stopped for a breach are not refunded. The company states that mobile traffic goes straight to the device without passing through its servers and that it does not record the sites customers visit. Its free tools need no account: a checker for up to 50 proxies, Proxy Toolkit MCP for coding agents and scrapescope, an open-source meter of a scraper's bandwidth. The affiliates page admits partners only after whitelist approval, and in November 2026 ipvolt said its referral program was not open yet. Support works by email at hello@ipvolt.com and aims to answer payment and device problems within 1 business day.
