Paxum — payment service: rating and member reviews

Paxum is an online payment account for the adult and affiliate industries, run by Paxum Bank Limited of Roseau, a financial institution licensed in the Commonwealth of Dominica. It says 250,000+ affiliates, publishers and freelancers get paid through it every month and 5,000+ companies rely on it for affiliate payouts. Cam programs such as Stripcash, BongaCash and Cambuilder pay affiliates to Paxum, and Segpay pays its merchants there. Paxum sponsored XBIZ Miami 2026 and is on the sponsor list of XBIZ LA 2027.

Personal account fees: the account is free if used at least once in 6 months, otherwise $5; a P2P transfer to or from another Paxum user costs $0.25. Adding money by wire from your own account costs $50 in USD or $10 in EUR, by crypto $1 for USDT or USDC on ERC-20 and $2.50 for USDT on TRC-20, and a EUR IBAN for incoming wires and SEPA transfers is free. Withdrawals cost $2.50 by SEPA, $5 by local bank transfer, $25 to $50 by wire depending on the currency, $15 to a crypto wallet from a fiat balance and $6 + 4% to a credit card. The UnionPay prepaid card costs $10 to issue and $3.75 a month, the virtual card $1 and $2.95 a month.

Accounts are personal or business. With mass payouts an affiliate network pays all its affiliates from one Paxum account, even those who don't have a Paxum account yet. Verification asks for ID and a proof of address issued in the last 3 months, and business accounts add company registration documents, the shareholder list and ID for shareholders.
