MaxWeb Inc is a CPA affiliate network working with advertisers and affiliates in the supplements and wellness market. It lists more than 300 campaigns, around 40,000 active affiliates and a support team on call at any hour, and it runs its tracking in-house.

Most of the catalogue is built around video sales letters for health products, and part of it is owned by the network or exclusive to it. Commissions are paid out once they reach $100, by default every Wednesday; affiliates making $15,000 to $29,999 a month are paid twice a week and those above $30,000 three times a week, while lead generation, gaming and casino offers are settled monthly on net 30 terms.

Payment methods are ACH inside the United States at no cost, Payoneer at no cost, PayPal for a $3 fee and wire transfer for $40. Affiliates can slow the schedule down themselves in the back office. The site also carries an academy, a blog, an events page and a newsletter for partners.
