About Marketcall
Marketcall Inc. was founded in August 2015 and works from Pasadena, California. It sits between advertisers who want inbound calls and publishers who can produce them, and says the campaigns it powers reach more than 300 million people a month.
Affiliates are paid for qualified calls rather than clicks, and the network supplies a landing page for each offer, a callback widget, call tracking and a dedicated manager. Payouts go out weekly through ACH, wire, cheque, PayPal or Payoneer, with no hidden commission stated. The affiliate page counts 253 active advertisers, about 120,000 registered affiliates and a top single-affiliate day of roughly $21,000 in the previous month.
The listed industries are insurance, finance, home services, real estate, travel and rehab, with auto and health insurance, debt settlement, home improvement and flight booking named as the main campaign types. Advertisers and affiliates register through separate forms; contact is info@marketcall.com or the US numbers on the site.

Deceptive Campaign Approval Process – Took My Traffic Then Rejected My Campaign I had a very frustrating experience with MarketCall.com that I want other affiliates and marketers to be aware of before investing their time and money. I created a campaign on their platform and was assigned a tracking number. I then spent my own money promoting their offer and driving traffic. After doing so, they rejected my campaign claiming it was a "call only" offer — something that was never clearly communicated upfront. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, rented a new phone number through their platform , and started promoting again. This time I successfully generated 60 calls to their number — real, measurable results. Instead of crediting or paying for this traffic, they placed my campaign under a 15-day moderation hold after already receiving the calls. They then rejected my campaign again, this time claiming the number "should have been rented only." To summarize the pattern I experienced: Rules and requirements were not clearly disclosed before campaign approval They allowed me to drive traffic, then changed the rejection reason retroactively They collected 60 real calls before pulling the campaign I incurred costs renting a second number based on their own suggestion No compensation was offered for the traffic already delivered This kind of practice — accepting traffic and then rejecting campaigns after results are generated — is unacceptable in the affiliate marketing industry. It raises serious concerns about transparency and fairness. I would strongly caution any publisher or affiliate to proceed very carefully with this platform, document every communication, and avoid spending money promoting offers until campaign terms are crystal clear in writing.
very bad service not giving withdraw
You will never get any help from Marketcall.com You will never get any help from the network or their affiliate managers. You will keep saying, Your setup is wrong, but what is the wrong they will never explain. So, don't burn your money for them.
Payment Withheld – $401 Marketcall platform is very bad and unprofessional, they take my 401$ and closed my account, I had worked with him more than three months and they take benefits from my leads and the payment which their system already approved after 7 days probation period and ready for withdrawal they take that payment also. they are snatcher and their affiliate manager named Manismar also a pathetic. Now they not answering me nor release my payments
We have a huge experience with media buyin in E-com and infoproducts, but never touch the affiliate stuff. So MarketCall help us a lot and provide a good knowledge of how to start, how to test ans so fourth. Really appreciate for that!
Maybe I just got a bad AM, but in my 10+ years of affiliate marketing my onboarding experience with marketcall has been the worst. Unresponsive rep (Mansimar) who I bug constantly. Extremely unprofessional.
Worst service ever

I brought a lead. They didn't buy it there but they said they would call after reading it and they are asking for the direct number from customer care. And they are giving it. I brought the lead and if they give the direct number to the lead I brought, then what is the point of running the ad with our money? Please dont wark with this marketplace.... jsut wast your time and money.
Company are scammers ask for your business details then don't launch campaigns and banned you for no reason
MarketCall Not Paying my earned money after acc ban Is Marketcall Running a Scam? I am deeply disappointed and outraged by my recent experience with Marketcall, a supposed "pay-per-call affiliate network." My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to warn others about their unethical practices and possibly fraudulent behavior. 1. Unjust Account Ban Over Alleged Duplicate Account Marketcall banned my account, alleging that I created a second account. This accusation came only after I requested a payout for the $1,640 that I had rightfully earned. If there was indeed a second account, it's bewildering why Marketcall approved it in the first place. They had ample opportunity to address this during their initial review process, but instead, they waited until it was time to pay me. This reeks of an excuse to avoid honoring my earnings. 2. Non-Responsive Affiliate Manager My affiliate manager, Tuhin, has been giving me the run-around for weeks. Initially, he claimed that the Quality Assurance (QA) team was on leave, which seems highly suspicious and conveniently timed. Now, he has completely stopped responding to my messages on Skype. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the integrity of Marketcall's operations. 3. Silence from the QA Team and Customer Support In an attempt to resolve this issue, I have sent dozens of emails to Marketcall's QA team and customer support. Unfortunately, these efforts have been met with complete silence. It is as if they have vanished into thin air the moment they were needed. Such behavior from a company that handles other people's money is not just unprofessional; it's deeply concerning. 4. Withholding My Hard-Earned Money The most infuriating part of this ordeal is Marketcall's refusal to release my $1,640. Despite my repeated requests and the fact that these funds were legitimately earned, they continue to withhold my money. This suggests that Marketcall may be operating a scheme where they use minor policy violations as an excuse to withhold payouts from affiliates. 5. Possible Scam Alert Given the lack of communication, the dubious reasons provided for banning my account, and their refusal to pay out my hard-earned funds, I am left with no choice but to question whether Marketcall is operating a scam. Affiliates, beware. If you value your time, effort, and money, I strongly advise against engaging with Marketcall. Their actions suggest a troubling pattern of exploiting affiliates and pocketing their earnings under false pretenses.
After registration I was instructed in detail about how everything works. I can say that this affiliate program is unusual, both in terms of referrals and payment models. The call center works well enough, I think that half of the approvals is their merit.
Scamming company. Basically they scammed me for 1000s! Advertisers and affiliates beware they are a liability for your business! I believe like the other poster said the advertiser is in cahoots with them to scam everyone. We should all get to the bottom of this scam epidemic marketcall has started! These are scam artists and if the advertisers are not in coordinance with marketcall then marketcall is a liability to your business. They are scamming publishers and we will get together and sue you all.

Pay what you owe or I will take legal action against all of you!!!!
I haven't done a lot of pay per call yet, but I absolutely love the Marketcall platform. It's easy to setup you campaigns and their team has been very helpful!
