About HFM
HFM is the brand HF Markets Group trades under. The broker covers forex, metals, energies and other CFDs, and advertises more than 500 instruments together with mobile apps for iOS and Android. Its European arm, HF Markets (Europe) Ltd, is a Cypriot investment firm regulated by CySEC under licence 183/12, and the group also lists registrations with the FCA, the FSCA, the FSA and the CMA.
The partner side of the business sits on its own host, affiliates.hfm.com, which the broker links to from the partnership path on its main domain. Those pages did not open from here: requests were answered with a redirect to the European entity, which serves eligible counterparties and professional clients and publishes no partner terms. Commission models, payout thresholds and payment methods are therefore left out of this entry rather than guessed.
The European entity states that it serves residents of the European Economic Area excluding Belgium, plus Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Mauritius, Dubai, South Africa and Kenya. Other markets are handled by other entities of the group.

Kiet VuHFM invents fake "Clause 11.3" to terminate affiliate and freeze commissions! I am an affiliate partner with HFM (myHF / Affiliate email: mr.vutuankiet @gmail.com, Ticket IDs: 3931691655, 393165406 and 3931674329, generating consistent referral volume every trading day. Without any prior notice, HFM arbitrarily closed my affiliate account and terminated our business relationship, claiming that I breached **"Clause 11.3 of the Affiliate Agreement"**. However, according to HFM's own official and active legal document published on their portal (*2026-02_HFSV_Affiliate_Agreement_2026-02_ASIA_-.pdf*, Page 26/44), **Clause 11.3 DOES NOT EXIST**. Section 11 contains solely **Clause 11.1**, which clearly states the agreement remains effective until terminated under **Clause 12.2**. Clause 12.2 strictly mandates a 5 (five) business days Written Notice before any termination can take place. HFM terminated my account immediately based on an invented, non-existent clause without providing any 5-day written notice, server logs, or objective evidence. I have submitted formal complaints to support three times with official tickets, but their team has repeatedly stonewalled and refused to provide a legitimate explanation or timeline for resolution. Fabricating a contract clause out of thin air to shut down an affiliate account and withhold hard-earned commission is unacceptable and completely undermines trust in this broker. I have archived full screenshots of the termination email alongside the active legal PDF directly from their website as indisputable proof. I demand that HFM Management and Compliance step in immediately, review my tickets, and resolve this contract breach transparently.
